Thank God for door dash. We order here a few days a week. Breakfast is always good but the afternoon/night manager is awful. Today it was spicy double steak burrito yet no jalapenos on the outside, and my burritos had hardly no beef. Thanks to door dash I got my money back. When I order they couldn’t care less when they mess up. It’s cheap food, get it right for the premium prices you charge! It’s literally night and day between who runs breakfast and who runs dinner .

The drive thru was packed so I went inside, the dining room was empty. I waited 15 minutes when I finally spoke up and asked someone to take my order. The whole time I was standing there the employees would look up and see me. Ignoring the fact that I was standing in front of the register waiting. So don’t waste your time in the dining room, just sit in the drive thru line. They completely ignore you when you go into the dining room.

They ignore breakfast mobile orders starting at 10:30am and then don’t prepare anything or even cancel it until you show up to the drive thru so that they can tell you it’s “too late” for breakfast even though it’s a weekend and it runs until 11am, even if the order was placed half an hour before.

For the 5th and LAST time, my order was wrong. Then ,I waited 16 minutes for a burrito and 1taco with noone else in there, they were rude as hell, didn’t apologize or offer anything, and THIS IS WHAT MY BURRITO LOOKS LIKE. also, the taco wasn’t even half full…NOT TO MENTION THEY’VE TAKEN HALF THE MENU AWAY!!! My favorite Taco Bell menu item is Cinnamon Twists. I requested several orders of them the other day. They tasted “off.” It was almost as though whoever was frying them just threw the whole thing, package and all, into the deep fryer. All the other food was fine (for Taco Bell standards), but the twists had a very distinctive plastic-y taste to them. Either the oil was old (I honestly don’t know how they cook these things), or the plastic bag they’re shipped in ended up in the oil with them. They looked OK, but tasted like burnt plastic.
