Giving one stars,and that’s a stretch. To start there was not one person on drive thru or in line when entered. But yet had to wait five minutes to take order. So the young lady that took order I guess had to work drive thru and front registers. Because one fella that had headset on aswell for drive thru just refused to take order even after the guy at wrapping and making station said was customer up front take order. The guy proceeds to laugh and make jokes under breath and refused to do his job. I asked for his name but refused give name which is fine. He was helping or well wearing a headset for drive thru. But was actually doing nothing to assist anyone except clapp his hands. Also now on to the order asked cashier to be sure chalupas we’re fresh. The makers didn’t I had to stand and remind them to please make fresh ones not something that been in heaterbox forever. Then the two ladies one at first station and the other in middle of the two rolled there eyes and wasn’t happy that I asked for freshly made fast food. So the experience was awful except for the young lady that was taking drive thru orders and front orders. I know this isn’t how Taco Bell expects there employees to behave because I have worked for Taco Bell was a shift lead and know there’s expectations And this was an awful experience will not be stopping at this location anymore. Yes it’s fast food understand that but to be rude and ignore a customer and then make silly comments isn’t ok. Especially when you pay an outrageous price Also bathrooms needed cleaned stunk.

My husband went through the drive through to give me food while I was at work. He told this guy about twice that I had and deathly onion allergy. Come to find out there are a lot of onions on my food. He rushed my husband through the order and didn’t care about the specialty part of our order. Luckily I know the check my food before I eat it. They should be glad I didn’t eat it or I would be suing. Wouldn’t even answer the phone when I tried to call to find a solution. Worst fast food experience of my life. Never again.

They shut off their online ordering at 12:30 so I call at 12:32 because we couldn’t place our order he tells me I better get their quick because the manager is going to close early but forgot to tell me they no longer had beef. So when I arrived after making sure to get their quick so they could still close early, you think I was stoked to find out I couldn’t order anything I was going to order….. what a joke

taco bell always pulls through at the late night quick grab for food. Baja blast is a must. i stopped by at 1 or 2 am and was able to quickly get my food and drink and be on my way kudos to the staff that works those late night shifts for the minimal customers

Worker in the back (possibly racially biased) sabotaged food quality repeatedly. The cashier caught this worker and corrected the obvious problem of big junk floating in our drink. She said we should feel mad and shot her food prep coworker a dirty look as she handed us a new drink.

They processed 5 drive through orders and 1 pickup while I was waiting for my order and I was the only person at the counter. Asked if they take care of drive through 1st and employee said yes, rude manager said no. You want your money back? Your order is being made now.

This will be my first and last time at this location. I ordered everything in my order without lettuce, well apparently that meant let’s add extra lettuce and no meat. I understand places are under staffed but with that being said I’m more than willing to wait a little longer to get my food as long as it’s made correctly.
