We decided to wat in for lunch. They were acting busy but there were not a lot of customers. Drive thru wasn’t too Took about 7 minutes for our food to come out. It was pretty good but the chilupa shell was stale. The soda station and tables were dirty. They came out and cleaned it when they saw me taking pictures. There was an employee laying in the corner booth on break in the lobby with dirty tables. Over all it was an ok experience. I would give them one more shot if I was in the area. Looks like these employees need a boost.

It would be nice if the drink maker looked down the order list snd could just make my freezie real fast and pass it over the counter instead of just standing there doing nothing. Just a suggestion. They had food orders they were working on in the back, but could have skimmed down and just gave me my drink.

03-2022 – update – I went to this location today at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday to have breakfast. I was told by the staff on duty that I could not eat breakfast in the dining room that I can only order through the drive-thru. If Taco Bell ever wants to build their breakfast service to compete with Burger King at McDonald’s they need to have consistency. There was no legitimate reason why I could not eat breakfast in the dining room. This location has poor customer service

As far as Taco Bells go this one is very good. It’s a new building so everything is clean and shiny. I usually order on the app and pick up in the drive through and the employees are nice and my food has always been spot on.

It is what you would expect from a regular Taco Bell. This is a typical place where the food is mediocread best but you’re not really going there for the food, you’re going first thing quick and dissatisfy your need for Mexican food. Of all the Taco bells, this is probably one of the better ones. But even at that, I wouldn’t expect much.

The staff didn’t want to take my inside order, but I was unable to use the self-service due to special orders. They acted so put out. The guy who took my order was downright surly. In the future, I’ll goo to the Cortez location. They are always nice and happy to help, even if it means taking your order old-school style.

The food was wrong and made sloppily but the service was even worse! People were literally walking out because no one would take their order. Definitely cancelling this charge on my card since no one at the Taco Bell will answer the phone to make it right. This is the newest and worst Taco Bell in Hernando County.
