Asked the girl taking my order three times to make sure one of these crunch wraps is chicken!!!!! I swear this Specific place has really really bad customer service! They don’t listen they don’t repeat the Oder and always gives you the wrong order it’s super annoying!!!! The register breaks down all time and they close ealier then stated online. At this point I’m ready to sue this place! I have so much proof of bad service it’s ridiculous! Seriously!

Worst service ever by Tiana! It’s 96 outside and they didn’t give us our drinks before asking us to pull up. Waited 10 minutes and nobody came out. Wife went in and waited another 10 minutes. Came out with food but still no drinks. Went in to wait 10 minutes just to be acknowledged and at that point asked for a refund, but only if I returned the food to trash it. Do yourself a favor and go to the other one 5-10 minutes down the road.

If I could I would give this place ZERO stars. So disgusting. By the time I got home I noticed the bottom of the bag was soaking wet and had to place it in a plastic bag because it was already ripping apart at the bottom. I reach my hand inside and everything is WET. I ordered a chalupa meal and shredded chicken Chipotle melts. Then 2 extra tacos. The only thing I was able to salvage was the Chipotle chicken melts! UNBELIEVABLE. Reading the rest of these reviews I don’t even know how this place is still open it’s obvious they have a quality control issue. I don’t expect gourmet food but never have I been to a Taco Bell and not been able to eat the food that I PAID FOR.

How can this location be the only one that always runs out of beef 3 hrs before they close. The sad thing is that this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. I keep coming back because is across the street from me. Waited in line 15 mins to find out they only had chicken. They didn’t have steak or beef. To make matter worse, the girl gave me an attitude just because I asked to repeat what she said. Coming to this Taco Bell after 9pm be ready to wait a long time because the conversation they are having inside if more important than ur food.
