WoW first time ordering one of the bowls and it was delicious.. But I was reallyyyyy disappointed with the Spicy double meat burrito, first time since they came out that it was really short and hardly anything inside(see pictures). It hardly had any meat, rice and jalapeños. I eat this burrito pretty often in other Taco Bell’s through out other towns. We pay pretty good money for these burrito’s, you guys can at least give us what we pay for.

Just went here to get a party pack of soft taco supremes and I get home and no lettuce on any of them! Tried to call but no answer. If anyone know the store manager please give me the number. Every time I go there it’s something messed up. The food is prepared in such a hurry it looks like this!

Need to train employees with customer service and if they don’t want to work or don’t like it need to change employees or there is a rotten egg in the staff that make all of them like that and need it sooner then later.

Hair in food. Drive thru lady had an attitude because she forgot our fries, and asked her to replace the burrito with stating we wanted no freebies or refunds just replace the items. She told us to come in to the store. So now I’m annoyed and hence this review.

Trash. The employees, the food, the service. All of it. Cheesy bean and rice burrito, no rice. Add chicken. All it was is rice and chicken,no beans. Cheese was old and coagulated. The one dollar shredded chicken melt, next to the burrito for reference to how pathetic it was, was dry and the chicken was cold and stringy. I live less than 8 mins away from here, so it wasnt from travel or sitting. This food was prepared, home and out of the bag in less than 15 minutes. Go to look for the receipt to call over, and guess what, no receipt included. 3 menu items from the taco bell side, 1 two piece from the KFC Side and all of it was old, nasty food, barely any contents inside of the entrees, this was pathetic on all fronts.

Service was no good the girl who was taking orders in drive thru was over it…. She had poor ordering skills that night along with an attitude. I asked for a 2piece meal when she gave the most burnt and smallest drum stick and thigh along with the hardest biscuit. Guess she felt better never will go there

The worst Taco Bell of all time. Food is always cold and Chalupa shell is unbaked everytime. Mexican Pizza was stale and smelled like sin. I’ll go to this location to prank my friends. KFC side is okay though.

In a word, horrible. We placed a takeout order while in the store and headed home. When we opened the bag, it was simply disappointing. My wife ordered a quesadia with extra chicken and added jalapeños. Great on the jalapeños but no chicken! My tacos were so greasy that by the time we drove the 3 miles home, they were a mess and fell apart. Money is tight and I really fislike such poor service. We will be heading to the Taco Bell at Pleasant Hill Rd and Reeves next time. This location has become a sloppy mess.
