I’m local to the area and come here multiple times a week. Sometimes, just to get a drink through the drive thru. On the days I actually get good, I don’t get more than 4 items and 2 drinks. 15 minutes sitting in the drive-through with 2 cars before me seems ridiculous, especially when the cars in front are handed 1 bag and maybe a drink each. I’ve worked for Taco Bell, and I’m quite sure their drive-thru times are supposed to be under 3 to 5 minutes. I figured my food would be hot and fresh since it took so long when I was handed the bag it was cold. One time, I saw staff goofing off while cars were in drive thru waiting. Where was the manager on duty? I couldn’t find one. I’m sure if there was one the employees would be working and not causing a backup on the drive thru. Anyway, I’m not happy with the past few weeks of service here.

Every time I go to this location the staff is exceptionally rude! It is a combination of Taco Bell and kfc. Every time I order from the Taco Bell side the order is never right. They also just throw extra of what ever hoping you won’t complain. The kfc side the chicken is so dried out or burnt! They also don’t put the right chicken or the right recipe in your boxes! I’m so fed up with this location and management!

i ordered here and got 2 baja blast freezes and they gave me just the regular fountain drink. I ordered a burrito with no beans or tomatoes and it had both on it. our food was cold and soggy before we even got to open it. this taco bell is terrible. wish i could leave no stars.

By far one of the worst taco bells I have ever been too.. terrible food. Portions are ridiculously small. Food tastes old and dehydrated… will not go back here, have had several bad experiences. Should have learned my lesson sooner. Top of tomato got diced up and put in crunch wrap supreme. Loaded potato griller old and hard asked for no sour cream they put it in there.. Chipotle chicken griller is like 5-8 pieces of “chicken” rest sauce and sour cream. Doesn’t even look like potatoes..

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. It is by far the best Taco Bell within a 20 mile radius. The kitchen is a little slow but the portions are bigger than most Taco Bells. The customer service is great the people are nice and they are talkative at least they enjoy what they’re doing. I had the pleasure of being checked out by Felipe this evening he was great.

every single time i come here no matter what time of day, i wait in line at the drive thru for over 30 minutes before i get to the window. VERY SLOW SERVICE and they throw it all together once you get to the window, foods never made right. but hey, that’s what you get when you try to order FAST food (sloppy is cool; whatever it all goes down the same, but when it’s not even close to what you ask for?)

Not my first Taco Bell experience at this location, there was no one in line and yet i felt hurried to complete my order, which i did got full price combo meals, which were below par to say the least. I’ve had bigger stuff off value menu and as combos from this location. Not good food and the sweet tea wasn’t either tea or sweet, it was brown no flavor water. There was no one else in line and it was not late at night.
