I went thru the drive thru. I got the 5 dollar craving deal. And yes an female was almost full. Three different tacos and cinnamon twist and an drink. Yes tax included. So get that change out of the cup holder

The lady or man that talked to us when we walked in was rude and told us to order on kiosk and we can’t use cash because “it” doesn’t want to use the register. The bathrooms had pee all over the floor and I told the same person that talked to us when we walked in and “it” just made chimpanzee noises at me…?? Very immature and disgusting. The food was alright. Didn’t give me the extra meat I paid for but it’s whatever.

I ordered food from Taco Bell last night in Okeechobee Florida spent 52.00. My Taco Supremes had no tomatoes no sour cream barely any meat, cheese and lettuce. Mexican pizza was horrible. I’m disgusted with this place

Kiosk is used to order. A young lady helped me do it quickly but it’s basically like McDonald’s kiosk. Tasty but If I had the time I’d rather grill a $15 T-bone steak from Publix than spend 20 on 3 steak tacos and a diet Coke

This particular location was not one of the best ones we’ve visited. We love going to Taco Bell. I do wonder if it was because of an employee shortage though. That can be very difficult to overcome. The food was still good, and the young lady we spoke with was very nice and was trying hard.

Let me start by saying that my last review about Taco Bell was not such a good review. However, I gave this Taco Bell another shot. It happens the manager Jeanette was working this evening. I simply made some small requests. Which she granted. My tacos were amazing. I asked for extra napkins and you can see by the picture I’m sending I got extra napkins. I asked for plenty of mild sauce. As you can see by the picture, they gave me plenty of Mild Sauce. I also asked for sour cream and it was also in the box. Heather who was the drive-thru attendant was wonderfully sweet, attentive, and very professional. Excellent job she did. The manager (Jeanette) and (Heather) both were wonderful. I was very pleased. Made me very happy and a return customer again. I would like to add I had a service dog with me. Upon seeing my service dog Jeanette & Heather proceeded to compliment my dog telling me how beautiful and wonderful my service dog was. Then Jeanette (the store manager) went above & beyond and got some chicken and fed my dog the chicken As a treat. Wonderful job girls. I’m real pleased, real happy, and the food looked & tasted great. The tacos were stuffed well, and delicious. Thank you for a great experience. Keep up the good work. This is how I like to see a Taco Bell or any other fast food restaurant performing.
