We pulled up to the window and there were three young girls inside just laughing. Now we know why. We pulled away and began eating our food and they literally put 2 or 3 French fries on my fiesta POTATO taco. Three out of the four had potatoes (which seemed like they were 3 days old) and one had fries !!! You need an older person working in this store and not teenagers running it. It is not a game to mess with peoples food that THEY ARE PAYING FOR!!!! Highly highly disappointed.

This is a combo Taco Bell and KFC. I ordered a 3 taco combo and an order of nacho fries. Got home and the fries weren’t even the seasoned ones that are nacho fries, they were regular plain fries from the KFC side!!! If they were out of the seasoned ones, they could have told me instead of me paying $1.99 for something I didn’t order. At least they gave me the cup of nacho cheese.

Horrible service and food. Woman screaming at everyone, poor drive thru man going in and out. I waited very long to give my order for her to come to counter. Good thing I changed my mind and got only $5 meal because meat tasted moldy in taco. Mango soda ok but had bad water aftertaste.

Took 20 minutes to get 2 small meals. Got 1 big meal (guy spent over $50) that came after me before me. One of the managers looked at me and said she only making KFC meals. Another taco bell meal that came after me was served. Manager said the skipped mine in error. Will drive down to Gatlin store in future. By the way there was no one in store when this happened. Can’t imagine how long it takes if anyone is here.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They messed my order up and when I tried to ask them to fix it the manager requested a receipt for a 2 dollar menu item they messed up. Where I’m from the customer is always right. No matter what. Especially over a 2 dollar menu item it’s not the food at this point it’s the principal in how rude she was.
