So I place my order online when I was about 20 mins out so it would be ready… was not ready and wasn’t a big order maybe 4 items. When I I took a bite of my Mexican pizza I noticed the meat was in the temperature danger zone for temperature which is below 135 but I ate it anyways now I’m paying for it. Pepto isn’t working so far but we’ll see. Just figured people would want to know.

Never consistent. I order the #6 Chalupas. One time they are fresh and full from side to side. The next time, the shell is stale and very little ingredients inside.

How can you mess up an order so bad when you’re not even busy, seriously 1:40 in the afternoon? Completely forgot to put the cinnamon twist in the bag. Went to eat them on the ride home and realized it half way back home so I had to turn around and go back to get them. Got home and ate the tacos and started with the chicken quesarito, and it was beef. More than that, it also had sour cream on it that I specifically asked for NO sour cream. Big goop of sour cream on my first bite into it. Wish I had went somewhere else. Thanks for nothing again Taco hell.

Got a few quesaritos, come back home, take note. 10:30 at night. Feeding a 3 year old to go to bed. And find our food that we pay over $4 for, are literally empty. There was maybe a tablespoon full of meat AND rice. Very disappointed. Wanted to go back and get our food fixed, but decided to eat somewhere else.

Food was very good but there was no one to work the register so we had to use the kiosk. They seemed very short staffed and stressed. The dining area was a MESS! The floor was so sticky that a little had her shoe pulled off of her foot while trying to walk to her table. They were out of forks, cup lids and medium cups. Seemed like it is in need of better management. The employees were doing the best they could with what they had.
