Ordered breakfast today and to be honest, the food was not seasoned and lacking in flavor. I ordered extra sauce and cheese but they barley put any cheese in it as well as sauce so it just tasted dry. The portions was little as well. I’ve been to the other location at the promenade and they give you a good bit of food in your crunch wrap but like that location, the food lacks flavor and seasoning. I’ve tried all the Taco Bell’s in Bessemer and Hueytown’s breakfast and it seems the calera location is the only one that makes great breakfast that’s seasoned well. The Cinnabon delights also taste like straight cooking grease from here. Do not recommend the food here

Not only are they rude….well, i take that back. The whole crew isnt but the short, stumpy one who works the counter is definitely rude. But not only having to deal with her rude attitude, they got the order completely wrong. The thing that gets me is it was even written down and the only thing that was right was the drinks and that is solely because its self serve with drinks. Horrible!!!!!!

I should know by now double stacked tacos are not what’s shown on TV. They are definitely not worth $2.00 At the most 79 cents. Never again. I should have gone to Los Sombreros and had a sit down meal. A lot more enjoyable than this Taco Bell mess!!!

Old Cinnabons & they gave me cinnamon twist to pair with my nacho cheese dip instead of the chips! The food was old as well , definitely disappointed because that was the only two things I ordered.

Congrats, Taco Bell, you have officially supplanted both McDonalds & Waffle House as the WORST eating joints in Bessemer. That, folks is an achievement considering their two neighbors located just across the Bessemer Superhighway are among the worst around. How did such an ascent happen? Three straight trips resulted in three straight “uhh….we aint got that right now.” It’d been easier to say…”We dont have anything other than crumpled & crunchy nachos.” Quesadilla? “Nope.” Soft shell taco supreme. “Ain’t got dat.” Mexican pizza. “Uhhh, I done told ya we ain’t got nutn but crumpled & crunchy busted nachos. If ya don’t want dat, I can’t help ya.”

This is a subpar location with irritations on numerous visits. Sat in the drive thru line once for 20+ minutes and someone came out and said the computers were down. Next time fryer is out. Next time they are out of ______________. Next time the order is not correct. Next time……

We walked in the door to order. There was only one other customer inside. The lady up front possibly the manager looked at us and said “The restrooms are closed!” We looked at each other because we hadnt said anything about using the restroom. Then the manager said “If you are going to order, use the kiosk.”
