This is the absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to. Every time I have been they have messed up our order in more ways than one! When you go in to get it fixed you have everyone just standing around gossiping instead of actually working. The drive through time is just ridiculous and now I know why. I’ve been to several taco bells across several states and this one takes the cake for the worst one! They really need to get people in there that actually want to work instead of paying people to just stand around. They don’t care about your food. They just throw it in the bag and say the hell with it. We won’t be back and I will encourage everyone to avoid this place!

Overall great service at the drive-thru in. The line was short the order was taken promptly with excellent customer service skills. They responded in kind to my last minute second window request for a water. The young man who handed me the food was very kind and over did it with providing mild sauce. Keep up the good work!

Soon as you pull up to the drive through menu you’re met with an attitude before speaking. This guy named Tyson doesn’t want to take your order and really goes out of his way to show it, I space out my visits and hardly come to this one but recognize him at this point working the window. After your order is taken its a stupid wait time then you get your food but wait! Before you go, check it 9 out of 10 times there’s something missing or wrong in your order and obviously you won’t get a receipt because now they have to fix or refund you. I only go here because I get off late sometimes and it’s a last resort. If you can help it just don’t bother, find another or go to whataburger

If you get the chance to eat at this location, don’t. Just don’t. Drive past like you never saw it. The food order was done wrong. If it had been an accident I wouldn’t have been so mad. The reason it was wrong was because the staff was too busy laughing at & openly making fun of the customers. I know they thought they were being “discreet” about it, but they were wrong. I wish I didn’t have to leave any stars. One star is one too many.

Love Taco Bell. But always check your order before leaving this one. One employee got mad because she had to remake my Husband’s food without tomatoes, because he ordered it without tomatoes. Said he could just pick them off. Shouldn’t have to pick them off when ordered that way and you pay for it. She didn’t pay for our meal, so she has no right to say that. People have food allergies.

Waited forever tonight for food. Finally ordered. Was told to pull to the front to wait on fresh food. Haha. Yeah right. Brings me two soggy tacos. Literally unwrapped them while sitting in the parking lot. Full of sour cream and that’s about it. The Mexican pizza was made so poorly and not even made with the correct ingredients that is was not edible. Terrible experience.

Made a mobile order. Arrived 20 minutes after it was placed. The order was simple. One burrito, w tacos and a drink. It was not ready when Ingot there. I tried to order additional at the window and it was not allowed. I was told I would have to circle thru the very busy drive thru. I was pulled around the building for my food. Took forever to get part of my order. Had to knock in the door to get the rest of it. Then their delivery truck arrived and blocked me into my space. Food was made right but had obviously bee ready when I originally got to the window. Not sure what the wait was for based on on food temp.

If you’re closed inside then lock the door, given this taco bell too many chances. Employees are lazy and will have 7 people up front but they want you to use the kiosk every time. Food is gross every time. This used to be the best taco bell but that was a decade ago nearly. Don’t go here.
