I had all kinds of issues after I ordered. The kiosk lost my order. Then when the employees managed to find it part of the details we’re missing (like extra sauces and such). The employees worked through all the problems and made it right. The food was great. Hot and fresh. Would highly recommend this place.

Helpful and friendly staff. We were greeted when we came in, and they let us know right away that the counter person would not be in till 11, and we were welcome to use the automated kiosks to place order now.

Poor and slow service, inattention to customer request, and strange operating hours for the lobby. These issues are consistent over multiple trips too. Management here needs to be replaced pretty clearly. My standards for fast food are low, and this location still trips on the bar.

I just wanted to say “thank you” to Taco Bell. I had a taco at the Gardendale restaurant that could be compared to ones I once got twenty years ago. A good amount of cheese, the ingredients inside the taco and not dried to the wrapper, shell that didnt fall apart…..one like I used to get over 20 years ago.

Go to the Fultondale location. It has to be better then the Gardendale location. I live in Gardendale but, this is the worst location I ever been to. I love Taco Bell, but this one has the worst chalupas. They are hard and chewy. I was going for Breakfast every weekend but the customer service is horrible. I will just try the Fultondale location from now on.
