I am going to give this a 3 star. Normally they are solid. Good food hot fresh and very friendly. They are normally pretty speedy. Yet I have to say my last visit was horrendous. Got everything I ordered. I knew they was out of sour cream. Yet when I got one of my crunch wraps it was missing the cheese and meat. I am only posting cause I tried contacting them and was told someone would get back to me never happened. Disappointed to say the least. The visit was April 25 around 4:15 or so. Updated to one star due to no one ever contacting me back about the issue.

Visited this location today and the cashier/server couldn’t understand what I was trying to order nor explain what they had on the menu. I asked for a party naco xl pack. Ended up getting 12 dorito chicken tacos. The taco had all lettuce no meat ,shell were old and stale and for $30, YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING. This was a disappointing experience not to mention horrific eating experience. I highly recommend not to go to this location. Not the first time I have had a bad experience her but will certainly be the last.

Went to taco bell about 30 minutes ago and ordered a taco pack that was around 25.00,when we got home to eat they tasted burnt and was awful!!! I called them in Montevallo and when they answered and I told them that the tacos tasted burnt and they just sat the phone down and left me on the there never came back on! This was the 3rd time that it’s happened!! Obviously they could care less because it’s not there money. Thank you taco bell for the burnt tasting tacos! NEVER AGAIN

This is the worst Taco Bell in Alabama hands down. Half of the time they skimp you on food and won’t fill up your taco or burrito or anything for that matter all the way like other locations would. 99% of the time they are out of the sauces that you want and even if they have them probably won’t give them to you unless you nag them for it. The staff is subpar at best.
