This place was absolutely disgusting this Evening! Both sides of the assembly lines were filthy as can be. One side was so filthy they couldn’t even use it. Food was all over the kitchen floor where orders were being made. Some workers were not wearing gloves! All the employees with the exception of one older female was too busy singing along to the radio n goofing off to get orders done in a timely manner. No wonder they scored an 86 rating ( I’m calling the health department first thing Monday Morning) it’s unacceptable for this Taco Bell to be open in the condition that it was in. Even the dinning area needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Taco Bell must enjoy paying their workers to do the very bare minimum while on the clock. There was at least two employees who were standing with their hands in their pockets looking like lost sheep who could have been in charge of cleaning up the mega mess. This location needs to fire the whole crew working this Evening immediately! It’s ridiculous that all of the employees including the person in charge were slacking on the job.

Guy in charge was telling the other worker how ‘all she had to do was spread it’ and made the motion of spreading while laughing. Well I don’t pay almost $5 to open my crunch wrap that y’all SEAL with the grill in order to eat the MEAT. (I’ll never buy that again if that’s all the meat that is suppose to be on it.) How about just trying to pay attention and spread it yourself considering that’s y’all’s job. The second attempt was thrown together with lettuce that I specifically asked for not to be on it. Wraps are so old that the corners are white and flaky. Nacho fries I guess had been sitting because they were cold. Definitely needs some management that cares. Dirty tables all over.

When you go through the drive thru and in detail explain your order and they mess it up anyway. After they had an in detail session after waiting 10 min for a cashier. What really got me is that I handed the young man cash and he had to go sit down as he proceeded to let me know he doesn’t like cash. My thoughts are as follows: why are you a food service cashier???? But whatever this world is coming to it’s not looking pretty

The new Taco Bell in sumiton Alabama is very clean. We had some steak tacos with I’ve never had steak tacos from Taco Bell and they were really good. We also tried a protein bowl. Now ever since they got rid of a couple of things I have had hard time liking Taco Bell but I have found my to go to choose when it comes to Taco Bell now.

I didn’t see the health score of 86 until I paid and grabbed my food. It wasn’t good, but it wasn’t bad either. There’s a Taco Bell by Love’s off I-22 and exit 65 that’s the better one in the whole area.
