Came to taco bell the colored woman working at around 730pm on July 12 at the Birmingham Alabama was really rude . We was making an mobile order she didn’t want to help with it and stormed off we tried a second time and the teenager that was there finally told us how to do it. We ordered. I waited while my boyfriend ran and got my food from an different restaurant, when he returned he noticed they didn’t give a drink like it supposed to be. He went up there to tell them she got hateful again and asked if we ordered knowing we did . He was nice enough to say thank you she slammed the cup and walked off again. Also she has her kid in the lobby while working and she is all over the place including on the bathroom with her pants down running I almost hit here with the door the kid has to be at least 6 or 8 . Won’t return here and no wonder they hiring they acting like that.

I just moved back from Atlanta to the Inverness/280 area and went to this Taco Bell for some cheap, late-night food. What I found was an amazing young woman who gave me a free drink (Unsweet tea, Please!) and a new friend. What I wasn’t expecting was some of the most amazing service I’ve ever had.

The girl at the drive thru need to listen and pay attention. She got our order all messed up so when we got to window we had to hold up the line to get it straight. ⏳️ Ended up having to buy an extra $5 cravings box cause she had our order all messed up. Oh well the dog ate well. Got the extra taco and burrito we had left over hope it doesn’t upset her belly!!!
