I enjoy Taco Bell and their food, having eaten at their restaurants countless times both here in the US and also in the UK. While the food is quickly delivered here and the quality is ok (what you would expect from fast food) … this is one of the dirtiest Taco Bell’s I have ever seen. Today the floor was filthy, trash was everywhere, and the restroom looked like it had been vandalised. In fact, the entire place looked like it had just been ransacked! It was terrible. I have noticed this every time I’ve been to this location but today was the worst. In fact it made me worry about the cleanliness in the kitchen when I see premises this badly maintained. Very disappointing. I can see why it is usually empty and the drive thru is so busy!

This location used to be good but the past 3 times I’ve gone they don’t have ingredients like rice or sour cream for my order and the food I do get isn’t edible, they haven’t had Baja blast for over a month and sometimes they don’t even have ice for the drinks…

Never have I ever had anyone spit in my food but today was the that it did happen to me. Not only was there spit on my food from the ginormous girl that was running the drive-thru but there were also hair on my Mexican pizza and she did this because her mom worked for the same company as her mother and her mother got fired for stealing money from that company so her mother got fired and that’s what her daughter thought was ok to do to someone.This place has hired the most unprofessional children and I will never waste my money again and definitely do not recommend this location

Last night I took a break to go get something to drink. I stopped at Taco Bell because I know they have Gatorade. The drive-thru line is long so I go in because there are no customers inside. Walk inside and I see atleast 4 employees in the back. Noone is at any of the registers, and I was not greeted.

I’ve been visiting this Taco Bell weekly since they opened. They were fantastic, at first. In the past few months, it’s gotten worse with every visit. They average 15-20 minutes per order and frequently get the order wrong. I believe I am done with this location.
