People that I spoke to were nice enough, but I stopped otw to work. I got several miles away, and too far to turn around, and the chicken quesadilla wasn’t even almost heated.. who wants to eat a cold quesadilla, lol? $10.67 is a lot for a taco, quesadilla and drink, it could be at least warm. I haven’t yet attempted to speak to anyone but will if I have time to call.

Drive through order. Our burritos looked like they dropped a book on them. On purpose. They were not edible without 10x napkins. They only gave us 3 of those for the 5 items we ordered. Oh! We were missing one of those 5 items. We also asked for mild sauce, all we received was hot. We took it back in and showed them the burritos. They said what’s wrong with them? As if they should look like pancakes oozing beans. We asked for our money back and left. Our expectations were already low, but they managed to screw up every single thing about our order. Sorry Taco Bell! This was your once a year chance to get our money. Total fail.

Jesus Christ this is worst Taco Bell in North Alabama! Put an online order in 10 mins before we got there. Once we got there waited almost 25mins inside before we got it. So we took it home and come to find out our whole order was messed up. Ordered 4 soft tacos with no lettuce(guess what?! They all had lettuce!) Ordered 3 chipotle ranch burritos with no lettuce or ranch sauce(guess what?! Yup all had lettuce and ranch sauce in them!) Lastly had ordered 2 steak quesadillas. Those were just like thrown in a bag smashed AND not even cut!! This place is ️.

We were extremely satisfied with our experience at the location. Only one man was running the restaurant, but I have never had a better experience with a Taco Bell restaurant. He was very polite and informed us there may be a wait and that they were out of fried foods, all before we started our order. We stuck it out and even talked with him at the window for just a second before he started our order. He was very professional and polite. We will pick to stop here over anywhere else when we come through town. I wish I would have gotten his name but the man needs a raise! He went the extra mile!

Placed a mobile order on 7/15 and we have placed MANY mobile orders in the past with no issues. Today our order was paid for and we were not able to cancel due to order status being ready. We had proof of placing the order in the right location, proof of payment, proof of order status being ready, what did the mindless worker do…tell us to call corporate there is nothing they can do in reality there is they choose not too. I’ve worked jobs like this, there is always a way to work with the customer. Do they not have any intelligence to check our proof and just put our order together…..It’s not difficult. This taco bell has had constant issues. Needs house cleaning. Or just let machines do all the work they basically do period. Now they don’t even take your order just use kiosk.

Stale tortillas. Cold food. Took them 30 min to make it and it still was all cold. Quesadilla was cooked on a dirty surface as there was black all over it and tasted old. Chips were dumped into the bag upside down. Just a bunch of folks that just don’t seem to care at all about the quality of food coming out. We were the only folks there it didn’t require much effort at all to meet our small order. I think I know why we were the only people there….

We stopped in around 10:20pm on Saturday night June 3rd, 2023 and went through drive through. We had a small order. Among the things ordered were the Fries. After we got our food we parked to eat in the parking lot. The Fries were cold, not warmth whatsoever, my wife went to the door and an employee came unlocked it and she told them the issue, to which that employee yelled to others, “I told y’all the fries were cold already” so they knew this before even handing them out. A second employee approached who had an attitude and told my wife they would fix new fries but it would take 4 minutes and we would have to go back through the drive line, which by this time was quite long, that they couldn’t keep the door unlocked. So we pulled around they had us walk up to the window, and even after 4 minutes fries still weren’t done. When they did finish, the we gonna hand them to her without a bag or the cheese and got more attitude when asked for the cheese and bag. Flat out worst service of a taco bell we have experienced, from staff attitude to the food! We also ordered a Mexican Pizza and were given any fork to help eat it with and it was crumbly and sticking to the box badly. Definitely will not be going back to this Taco Bell. Team members need work as does the food!
