This is the worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to. I drove trucks for years and have had Taco Bell in almost every state. The service at this location is horrible! RUDE doesn’t even begin to describe the attitudes and the way they treat customers over the intercom. The people that work here are absolutely stoned every time I pull up to the window, blood shot eyes and the smell of pot hits me in the face when they open the window. Their app is always down, and when you try to order something at the intercom that’s on the app, they tell you that it can only be ordered through the app so maybe drive to taco bell in another city ! Who says that ??? Horrible customer service, terrible associates

I went there last night and I ordered two deluxe craving boxes 4 Doritos locos tacos no cheese and four nacho fries ,they handed all four of the tacos to me with cheese when I asked for it to be remade she rolled her eyes at me and then they proceeded to provide me with 4more tacos with meat and cheese again! They forgot my steak chalupa and my chips and cheese I was treated poorly and honked at by the traffic behind me. I worked all day to pay for this meal because I DoorDash. I am a single mom of 3 and I made 50$ bucks and Taco Bell took 30$ of it last night for horrible service. Thank you taco hell! I’m honestly shocked they gave the fries out to me when they were half full when I tried to complain about it she slammed the drive thru window in my face. I was so mad I was in tears when I left. The Thursday night crew should be ashamed of themselves.

Do yourself a favor and drive to this taco bell! The one in Prattville is by far the SLOWEST in the world it takes 45 minutes to get your food! This Millbrook one is fast efficient and the people are much nicer! Good job whomever put this crew together ! They should hire you to get Prattville straightened up !

I have to give this place a positive review, despite what others have experienced negatively. I went there today & received my food fast & fresh & YES EVERYTHING WAS IN THE BAG AS EXPECTED . I went around 7:00pm & the lady at the drive thru was very nice & was very well mannered.

Supposedly short staffed. Waited at drive thru for over 10 minutes behind a car with 2 cars behind me. We all left because they never let us know anything. Never came on the speaker to let the car in front of me know that they were short staffed and it would be a long wait. This is the first time for this location either.

Ordered an am crunchwrap no ranch with nacho cheese and i get a fancy breakfast burrito/am chewy wrap/am crunch wrap without the crunch. They gave me a crunch wrap without the hashbrown. Got charged full price for it too. Replace drive through workers with kiosk.

Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Was told I had to order on kiosk but wasn’t informed they were out of certain items and I just so happened to order said items. They then gave me the option to substitute for a ridiculous items that didn’t even equal in price or size. Asked for refund and person in charge that gave refund was super rude and acted like it was my fault.
