New Taco Bell is a great relief from the mundane. To much of the same thing being served around here. Yes, there are 2 other Mexican restaurants here in town but honestly, with the exception of the white cheese dip, Taco Bell is better!! It’s nice to have SEASONED ground beef in my and

Third and last car in the drive through this afternoon at at a “Not Busy” time. Tried to make two separate orders because one was cash and the other on a credit card. Was told that drive thru could not take multiple orders. It was two orders, not fifteen! Manager said on phone that they were short-staffed. Very poor management decision. It would only take seconds to do a separate the extra order. McDonald’s did with no trouble!

Very clean, brand new spot, bright upbeat atmosphere overlooking pleasant surroundings. Several kiosks to order from easy to use, I did find it a little confusing when substituting chicken for ground beef in items, but overall, easier than most fast food kiosks. The dining room was very clean, and so were the kitchen and bathrooms.

The food is pretty standard Taco Bell but don’t try to go for breakfast. The employees will ask you to wait another 30 minutes to a hour even 30 minutes after opening. A shame that the restaurant was pretty popular for a year or so only to have no one willing to work.

Ordered online got to the store, and it had been canceled. Reordered online again while at the store got canceled. Both times, my card was charged. The manager at the store was no help. Will not get my business ever again. $50 worth of food.

Look, I know its Taco Bell, but you should be able to at least get the very basic things right. Nacho chips were cooked in old oil and tasted burned… terrible – inedible – in the garbage. Enchirito filling was 100% beans and was not worth the $4 – ate half and then in the garbage. The Fiesta Potatoes were very good, actually, and that’s why they get an extra star.

The quality of food has steadily been going down hill, and now good quality customer service is almost nonexistent, the new has almost warn off of the place completely( meaning people going there just because it is new) so they better step their game up or it will just keep getting worse.

I was very disappointed. I had not had anything from Taco Bell in about 10 years and the quality of the food has declined greatly. The meat taste like ground chicken, it was watery the lettuce was cut in long think strips like carrot sticks almost. When I use to get tacos. The lettuce was finely cut more like finely grated cheese, the lettuce was soft and delicious. The over all experience was less than desirable. The food was also cold and even though I got takeout it was only minutes before I was eating it so it should not have been cold. I have nothing positive to say about this restaurant.
