The drive thru speaker was busted. Waited in line for 30 minutes(only ONE car infront of me), couldn’t leave the line because of the closed drive thru. I only order less than $5 worth of tacobell and it took them another 30+ minutes. HORRIBLE. Would not recommend to anyone who wants “fast food”.

The original chicken was hard and crusty. The floors were dirty, un-swept, un-mopped and sticky. Tables had food and debris on almost every table and stool. A hole was cut into the ceiling tile where the air vent is and it is blowing hot air into the dining room. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes before someone came to take my order.

This is literally the worst fast food restaurant in Dothan. It’s something every time. One time they could be super slow, the next time they may be out of meat for their tacos, the next time they may be out of fried chicken, and the next time they may mess up your entire order. It’s never ending at this place and it’s been going on for at least 15 years.

the WORST customer service. Drive through lady is extremely rude and gave so much attitude.Messed up my order 3 times. only come to this location bc it’s close and convenient. Taco bell/ KFC need to rehire a whole new staff and thoroughly work on customer service.

I went thru the drive thru yesterday, no one would ask to take my order, I sat there and kept asking is anyone there till I said forget it and just drove around to leave and as I went by the drive thru window, the girl was just sitting there talking on her cell phone. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had at this place but it is definitely the last, my Husband refuses to go there. I’ve reported issues before but never got a response so I’m guessing the Owner doesn’t care, there are too many restaurants in Dothan that truly appreciate your business and this isn’t one of them
