They were super short handed. I waited at the order box for 15 mins or so with no one in front of me. The person at the window said they were having problems getting people to come to work and they were short handed. The food was given to me very quickly after ordering but somehow everything was cold when i got home 1 mile away? It sucks spending around $60 on fast food that is cold and also the chips were turned upside down and all over the bag. They put like 5 chips in the little holders and now it’s $2 for a small order.

I wish I would have gotten her name to include in the review, but the lady working the drive through on August 12th was so kind and personable. I hope both sides of her pillow are cool at night and the light is always green when she’s trying to get somewhere.

This Taco Bell used to be horribly run. Now they have some really great staff. Casey C. has been working the drive through the last few times that I have been here and she is very friendly and efficient. So glad to see that they have some good staff now

Ordered thru Drive thru. Taco’s were not made as ordered nor did they have but maybe a teaspoon if that of beef! Ordered the Valcano Taco with extra one these were also not made as ordered! The lady at the window was very pleasant and understood exactly what we wanted! Got home with order to find out most of order was made wrong! Almost $40.00 worth of food. Called and was willing to remake, wanted us to turn around and come back to remake order! Nice jester but was to far just to turn around and go back! Just make the order as customers order them then bad reviews would not be put on line! So if you order thru Drive Thru make sure you check your order before leaving!!!!!

The service was bad…no one would come to the lobby to take our order. My husband had to stop someone in the back preparing food for the drive thru to take our order. When we finally got our order back it was delicious. There were about 5 employees in the back preparing drive thru orders. Another couple ahead of us were waiting for service as well. Thank you!
