I will never go back to this taco bell. I had 2 bad experiences with this particular store 2xs within a week. $25 for a chalupa meal with the taco soft, and a grilled burrito box. The girls were having a argument at the window because apparently part of my order was given to the car that was in front of me. Girl hands my food out the window without even looking at me, i asked for mild sauce she said it was in the bag without even looking my way. Taco wasn’t soft, items literally had like 6 slivers of cheese, and the tea was horrible. I’ll never give them my money again for such poor service and food.

Order delivery through the Mobile app, after I was charged for my order, they sent the delivery driver to the wrong restaurant, then they told the delivery driver they couldn’t make it because of a computer error on their end. after multiple phone calls to Taco Bell and the delivery service. I was not able to secure a refund or to have my food brought to me. The store manager finally agreed to remake my order. If I came up there, I went to the store and waited almost 45 minutes for the food that I had ordered an hour and a half prior to that 45 minute wait, the staff had an attitude and were acting like I had put them out. It is possibly the absolute worst customer/employee interaction I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. if any one of those employees were in my shoes and had this happen to them and I guarantee you, they would not have been as calm and cooperative as I managed to keep cool through this almost 2 1/2 hour long debacle that no one offered any solution for… this is the world we live in now. the lack of common decency is a real let down for the general outlook of humanity

Pathetic. Employees at this location are always rude, and while the prices have gone WAY up recently, the food quality has gone WAY down. If they had prices on the drive-thru menu, I wouldn’t have even bothered ordering. Almost $10 for a “quesalupa” and two tacos!!! After receiving my food, I was even more upset about spending nearly $10. Almost no meat on any of my items. Mostly just soggy tortillas and taco shells filled with sour cream and a little veg. I don’t eat fast food often and now it will be even less often. I could have gotten a real meal at a restaurant for the same price and been much more satisfied. So long Taco Hell.

The light skin girl with dark spots on her chin has a terrible attitude and horrible customer service. My taco was soaking wet and I ordered the chips and cheese and they didn’t give my any chips with the dip. Just terrible experience all around. Would not recommend.

If I could give this negative starts I would. Store was a wreck, staff was disoriented and unavailable. Stood there for 15 mins before I was told to order at the kisok because they were “to busy”. At this point I just left. Never to return.

This is hands down, the worst taco Bell in Mobile period. You’re better off going to absolutely any other Taco Bell anywhere. This place is full of people who don’t give one s*** about their job, and the way the food is made shows it. It’s been that way for years it’s probably never going to change. This Taco Bell has been the closet one to me for the last 10 years and I just go to the one on Dauphin St which is by far the best Taco Bell in Mobile, whoever works at that one atleast takes pride in the food they make Because I consistently get well made fast food there.
