It’s a brand new restaurant so I had hoped for slightly better than average experience, but no. It’s a regular lame fast food experience just has new paint on it. Workers actions just scream I Don’t Want to Be Here!!

I ordered a power bowl here twice and the first time they forgot the guacamole but I didn’t really care. Around the second time I got another power bowl they forgot the meat but gave me a lot of guacamole. Just sad to see another place filled with more half brained workers….

Absolutely pitiful location. You pay $5 per burrito and when you get them, they’re literally as skinny as a pencil and don’t even have the inside tortilla. No beef at all even when you order extra beef. It’s a shame they paid to put in this brand new Taco Bell and I’ll never eat there again. The soda is awful too.

Workers complaining openly where customers can hear. The person making the food was literally talking on her phone while making it and going what appeared to be as slow as humanly possible. Waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order even thou they weren’t busy at all. I thought maybe the service would be better since this Taco Bell is new, but it’s just as terrible as the service at all the others in Auburn/Opelika.

Staff is a joke. Elderly person came in and didn’t want to use the kiosk to order. The girl up front cleaning trays stood there telling other people to come take the order. The manager came up, opened the cash drawer, slammed it shut and muttered how “these people get on her nerves.” Ended up waiting over 20 minutes despite being the only person in line, food never came, so I left. Find any other Taco Bell before going to this one.
