I had an online/mobile oder. Not only did they ask me to pull around, it took nearly 20 minutes to bring my order to me. They also included 84 packets of mild sauce with my order….a waste. And they included lettuce on 2 items that were requested to not have lettuce. Yeah, you completely deserve $15 an hour when you cannot even delete lettuce from items. GTFO.

Absolutely ridiculous food quality. Ordered a large order through a delivery service. The ENTIRE order was incorrect. Horribly assembled. Cold. One of the “tacos” was literally diced tomato. That’s it. Obviously the employees have no regard for the customer receiving this food. The employees and management at this location are an absolute joke.

Wanted 2 bean burritos, was told out of beans. Order the fries with a frozen watermelon lemonade drink. The young lady at window and her friend with the micro braids and glasses who was just standing there talking like taking orders and fixing food was not part of their job and i was inconvenience then. The young lady never told me I had to wait 3 min for fries instead she just shut window, had her back towards me so that I had to yell to get her attention since little sis with the braids had her attention chit chatting. Ask for my money back, girl with the micro braid thought it was funny….no accountability. Will never go to this location.

Food wasn’t fresh. This Taco Bell isnt made to order. Been around the country and this location is by far the worst I have ever been too. Also they left items out from my order. They did me a favor. Had to throw the whole order away. I wouldn’t tell anyone to go to that location. Wouldn’t give them any stars but had to give them a 1 star to make a review.

The drive through is always extremely slow at night. We sat in line for 15 minutes without a single car moving. There were only 3 cars in line. We left without our food. This consistently happens at this location.

I was in line 14 minutes. The nice trainee didn’t know what she should be doing. She looked like a deer in the headlights when asked a simple question. At least one of her co-workers was the same. One food choice didn’t have on it what it should have.

Rude !!! Very rude ! I will call Taco Bell services because I sat and waited to not be serviced ! Then after asking about service once I was here then they decided to shut down !
