Not up to par on food my food wasn’t even hot like it should have been. Best for no beans no sour cream light on the cheese sauce. There ain’t no cheese sauce on the hard shell taco there’s more lettuce than meat and cheese. All I wanted to do was eat and this ain’t even appetizing I need to do is eat to me!!! Don’t worry I’ll be calling management in the morning. And letting them know hopefully something could be done!!!

Ordered three beef soft tacos today on my lunch break. They were room temperature, I had to heat them up in the microwave, just to melt the cheese. This is my second time here. Had the exact same experience last time, which was over a year ago. The fact that I paid damn near $8.00 for three soft tacos that weren’t fresh. Yes it upsets me. I have never given a bad review for any restaurant/fast food. But your store takes the cake. I’ll never be back.

Went through the drive through today and had the best customer service (coralea is the name on my receipt, so hopefully that was who was at the window and over the intercom) she was super friendly, had a constant smile on her face. A+ customer service, she would make a great manager! My food was also fresh and tasted great!

I am very upset I ordered on the app waited 2 HOURS!!! And it never showed up so I was forced to pay more of my hard earned money and I asked for no sour cream and tomatoes and they put both on it ! I’m deathly allergic to tomatoes! So not only had I wasted 40$!!! But I couldn’t even eat my food I’m very disappointed!

I went here yesterday and they messed my order up by giving me a number 5 chicken quesdilla and upcharging it to steak when I know I ordered the #9 which is a steak quesadilla that comes with the nacho fries but when I got home, I was given a hard taco supreme. I tried to call but nobody answered the phone so I went back today and told the manager who was working drive-thru and she at first was about to charge me again but than changed it to free, I ordered something else that I had to pay for and when I got to the window she asked to see the receipt. I didn’t have the physical paper receipt but I use fetch and it always shows the date, amount and items. As if that wasn’t enough proof, she then asked for my receipt to my new order back and I’m gonna assume because she was thinking I was just trying to get free food again. I take pride in myself and would never just lie especially when I had proof so this whole experience was embarrassing.

Mid tbh. Fries were overdone and kinda skimped me on the cheese in my taco, burrito and the fries’ cheese sauce. The owners/management were going over some kind of business plan in the middle of the lobby and taking up the nicer seats too. The girl who worked there was cute, in that methed out sort of way.

Terrible service. I stood in line for 5 minutes. And by line i mean me and the person in front of me. No cashier. No one would come over. They finally ask who I’m picking up for and it takes over 25 minutes. They then lock the doors so no more customers can come in at 11:55 am. And decide they are only gonna take drive thru orders. People keep coming to the door and they won’t say anything to them not even to direct them to the drive thru. And I tried to tell one of them people are trying to come in and she said “oh well they better come through the drive thru”. I’m still waiting on the order after even after writing this review.
