Some thing is wrong here. Everytime we come here they get our order wrong. It’s something minor and we don’t care but we got cinnamon twists and they didn’t have the cinnamon/sugar seasoning on them. How do you miss that?

Had difficulty placing an order at the initial drive-up area, so I pulled forward to the window. At this point, the lady working the window was incredibly rude, and told me that since I didn’t order at the screen I had to pull back around, even after I told her I was having difficulties with the screen. I’ve had positive interactions with other employees at this restaurant in the past, but this single interaction pretty much negates any positivity I had about this place. Ended up just going to the nearby Zaxby’s.

It would be a miracle if they got an order right. Most of the time items are missing or the food was prepared incorrectly. One night we were the 3rd car in line at the drive thru and it took over 35 minutes to get our food. I’ve encountered several rude employees and they get an attitude when you tell them the order is not correct.

Just left the 1720 location on Tiny town and miss Misha was working the drive through. Definitely the best customer service I have received at any of the locations I have visited. It’s early in the morning and she was so polite, kind and had a beautiful smile on her face. A+ service for sure!!!

As pathetic as any Taco Bell in America. They refuse to take any orders in store. Just playing and doing anything but work. Nonexistent customer service. Drive thru CANT get any orders right or remember sauce. Trash location.
