I’m sorry to say that I was treated very badly by the staff today when they messed up my order twice. If they can make this right, I’m happy to rewrite my review as I’ve never had a problem here my entire time in Franklin. Pictured here is a nearly empty crunch, wrap supreme that I had to explain to the staff member how to actually prepare it. I don’t work here.

There is NO REASON that at 12am that I’m stuck in a line i CAN NOT get out of for 42 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. Behind me the line wraps both ways into the street and into the parking lot. Employees are outside goofing off instead of inside doing their job. I literally could not back up or pull forward for 40 minutes. At this time i had made it to where there was a concrete barrier on both sides of me. I asked the general managers and district managers name …Surprise!! They refused to give it to me.

I’ve been to this location before and they have messed up before but today was different. Typically they are fast to fix things. So here is my experience. Went through the drive thru for some take out, order was messed up. Asked for a deluxe grilled cheese burrito cravings box and the grilled cheese burrito was missing. Went inside to get it and had to wait for 20 min. I did get it and some extra cinnamon twists. But this is a pattern. Not a bad day. They were slammed and I get that. But as you will see in my pics, I had no box. The contents were tossed in a bag. Not a box. To me, this location needs to get organized for high volume times and just follow process. The staff are polite and there is still value in the food, but that isn’t the point. I chose fast food tonight because it was supposed to be good and quick. Today it was just good. I probably won’t come back to this location but I will prefer to go to other Taco Bells. Good people, good food, bad process. It only takes one negative to unbalance that equation.

I rarely take time to leave reviews for fast food, but I had such a delightful experience with this store today. The drive through operator was kind and spoke clearly. Then gentleman that handed me my food at the window may have been the most friendly fast food employee I’ve ever encountered! I highly recommend this Taco Bell if you’re passing through 🙂

The real question with these fast food chains is, “How was the service?” This Taco Bell location is consistent in quality, and on the rare occasion that an item gets left out or messed up on order, they have rectified it without issue. I would say that compared to other cheap fast food in the area, this Taco Bell provides a better or much better level of service.

All the hoopla about this newly renovated Cool Springs location from a year ago and how clean it is and how nice the people are is over because the food is horrible. This location needs a new manager and some Quality Control and serious training for their employees on how to properly cook and wrap their food. If you like rancid food this is the place for you. I took one bite out of my Mexican pizza and chucked it straight into the trash. Had to brush my tongue for 5 minutes to get that rancid taste out of my mouth. That was a month ago. Decided to try this location again because it is close to my home and I really wanted to try the “new” Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco. Went at 11:30 a.m. and there was one car in front of me. They were not busy at all. Ordered the combo box. Got home and picked up the dipping taco and it literally fell over my hand limp and wet. Not the hard crunchy taco that is advertised everywhere. It was a gloopy greasy glob of wet mush. The Chalupa Supreme was not even cooked!!! It was an unfried doughy shell with some unrecognizable stuff inside. The burrito was a joke. Looked like a 4-inch flat mushy pancake. They have also shrunk the size of their food. Total rip-off. They know they are putting out horrible food and they simply do not care. I will never go to this location again.

Stood there for about 3 minutes without being acknowledged, all their attention with on the drive through. Do when I finally got acknowledged, she asked me, was I dining, and I said yes, and then told me to use the kiosk to place my order. I don’t like using the kiosk, so I walked out.

Seems like this Taco Bell and others within the area, are always busy and short staffed. As a result the food quality is pretty bad. I usually get the chalupas and the shells are never cooked correctly, tasting like cracker tortilla. Other menu items fall flat as well.
