What is the point of ordering online if the food won’t be prepared until I get there? I ordered a breakfast item for pick up at 10:50 bcuz I was running errands and knew I wouldn’t get there in time. I get there at 11:15 and the employee told me they stopped serving breakfast. Soooooo lol why did I order? I work in food. They already disposed of the breakfast food right before 11 and did not care about my order. This location is ghetto and ridiculous.

Literally takes 15-45 minutes to get a door dash order. (I’m a dasher) they prioritize us last even though our customers are their customers as well. I get paid by order so if they take longer than 20 minutes to bring me a order i make like 6bucks in a hour. We have jobs as well and we are just trying to do our job. There are many times I’ve pulled up and they haven’t even PULLED the dasher receipts …i have to remind them and then they pull a long list of dasher receipts. Out of all the dashes i get taco bell is the LEAST requested because i quess everyone knows they are going to get cold food. Its not okay to prioritize one customer over another.
