The service is terrible. Didn’t even get my order right and took forever to get the wrong food done. Place is filthy with the ceiling tiles even taken off right in the middle of the place. I would never recommend this location to anybody and would much prefer driving further to another one. This is the worst taco bell experience I’ve ever had.

Me and my girlfriend ordered 5 tacos with fries, drinks and 1 order of chips. The taco shells tasted like it was stale and also had a chemical like taste. I took both orders back to a manager and he agreed with the taste and told me “they are good for 12 hours.” He then asked if I wanted a refund or for my orders to be made over. It was our first time eating today so I requested it be made over. The employee only presented me with 5 tacos and 1 fry and did not replace the chips and the other fry. We then both tried 1 taco and couldn’t bare with the taste and threw the orders away. 15 minutes after eating my throat felt funny and stomach was hurting. I don’t understand what the problem was with the shell’s but Taco Bell needs to fix the problem!

This Taco Bell is bad late at night. I pulled up and they said “take your order but just so you know we aren’t doing anything fried at this time” (two hours before they closed). So I asked for a grilled cheese burrito and they said they weren’t able to make that either. So I asked what they are able to make and he said “anything but those two items”… which I guess means anything that’s fried and grilled cheese burritos? Anyway, I left because McDonald’s because it’s right down the road.

If there’s one thing I can give this place 5 stars for, it’s getting my order wrong. All I ordered were some fiesta potatoes and a Pepsi. What I received were potatoes with toppings I did not ask for along with more food I did not order and a slush. This was clearly another case of me receiving someone else’s order. I don’t understand how hard it is to simply double check to make sure the order is correct before handing it off to the Dasher. If you want to inflict trauma upon yourself that will probably trickle down to your future children and their children and their children by purposely ordering here knowing you won’t get what you ask for, be my guest. If not, I suggest you eat at home, come get it yourself and check it right then and there, or order elsewhere. It’s just not worth the trouble at the end of the day. I’m sure I’ll have to go back to my therapist before I order from another Taco Bell again. I hope I save someone with this review, as I don’t wish the pain of disappointment and heartache of receiving the wrong order I’ve experienced on my own worst enemy. Save yourself, you deserve better.

AVOID!! The food is a joke, my tacos are less than half filled and slapped together, mexican pizza cheese not even heated so its still cold shredded cheese. Each visit we hear the workers swearing at the window when we are waiting for food. Management clearly doesnt give a damn about this place. I try to stop here once in a while as one of the few options available to third shift workers in the area and has utterly failed expectations for well over a year. Someone put some grown ups there!!!
