So this is the “other” Taco Bell in Athens, TN other than the Decatur Pike one. Whoo boy the experience is almost the same.. Behold the Volcano Combo and a Nacho Bellgrande.. In pure Taco Bell Athens fashion my taco has been QC checked by the Taco puncher at the window, my Volcano burrito literally is about the length of a toothpick ( pictured with burrito) and I asked for extra cheese on my Nacho Bellgrande which obviously translated into I want nothing on this but cheese and beans( ). These 3 lackluster items $16 , Any Athens, TN Taco Bell isn’t worth the drive.

I went through the drive thru and ordered my mother and I Taco Bell and WHEN WE OPENED IT TO EAT EVERYTHING WAS ICE COLD!! I CALLED THE MANAGER Anthony and told him that our order was cold and I asked him to put my name down for a replacement meal. He was very nice and understanding. I will say that I have eaten there several times and it was always hot and fresh also delicious

We enjoyed everything about our visit, but it’s easy to tell when there’s someone new making the burritos, when we picked them up, they fell apart, we simply just rewrapped them and enjoyed. This location seems the most clean, friendly and very well run.

Left out my taco and had me wait at the speaker for almost 5 minutes I’m sure just to get a good drive thru time. But I don’t care about speed I like quality and getting what I paid for. Also the chicken chalupas I got just weren’t warm as I would have expected.

If I could leave no stars I would. Every time I go through here the staff is so rude. But even worse than that, they NEVER put any beef hardly in my tacos or sandwiches. It’s literally like a teaspoon or less of beef. This particular time, I asked for extra meat, and told them I’d pay for it. On the Crunchwrap supreme, as you can see, I had eaten half of it before I FINALLY got to the meat. It’s so ridiculous. I really want to act out, but I’m not gonna. I will just never ever spend my money here again.

No hyperbole whatsoever, my last 4 times through the drive thru (over a year span) at this location, I’ve had both missing food, and made incorrectly. Nacho cheese cup lid open and spilled all over the entire bags contents, most recently, and completely missing another time. I’ve managed fast food restaurants before, so listen when I say the entire staff is a complete, uncaring, embarrassment. I never leave bad reviews, but I feel morally obligated to warn other people to stay away. High ups need to clean out and start over.

Happy Mother’s Day to me. I have to work and did a mobile order on my lunch break. I really needed to use the bathroom and change my shirt, but the door is locked. The app did not tell me this. I go through the drive-thru and there’s no Pepsi. Can’t even get a refund because the 800 number isn’t open today. Please put a lobby closed sign on the door so people like me don’t bother parking and walking up to a locked door or placing a mobile order that can’t be enjoyed inside.

I used to work at this location and it’s just gotten more and more disappointing since the manager I was under left. This was my breakfast burrito this morning. So burnt, hardly edible. I tried to pick off some of it but not really possible. Their staff is rude, save for one worker that I know of who carries the entire hospitality of the staff on her back. We’ve been yelled at before for asking for an additional bowl for our kids. Food quality has went down so much. Save yourself the trouble and head down to Decatur Pike for a better experience and food.
