This location used to be good, but the trip today was the last time I order food here. Every item we ordered, soft or hard shelled, was so soggy and slimy it was inedible. Literally felt like all the shells had been dipped in water. We just threw away $10 in tacos because I’m not making the 15 mile round trip to go get a refund.

Gross!!! Such a terrible food, the cheese on quesadilla never melted, like never!!! Even after telling them to make it well done on grill, Spicy tostada had dehydrated dried beans scooped on top like ice cream, fiesta potato cup was half full with hardly any cheese and sour cream on it. I called back to complaint about quality of the food but no luck. If I could give zero star I would.

The older white female manager was yelling at the customer whos second language was English. Not professional and embarissing for the customer. She then proceeded to also yell at the new cashier who is still learning and as a result a little slow on taking our order. The new cashier was apologizing constantly. She was amazing and is learning. No idea how they keep employees here with what I guess is the racist shift manager.

This taco bell is the worst! I ordered online because I have covid. I sent my son and yet they can’t seem to find the order in there system even though I have an order number. I doubled checked all the information including correct store on the app. They then told him to drive around in 10 minutes? I placed it 30 minutes ago.They then had it after he had to slowly spell the name..Always issues with this night shift.
