We ordered $70 worth of food. Had to return more than half of our order due to the food not being cooked. Went to the store manager McKenzie and she said well what do you want refund or made again. The lack of caring was stunning me as a manager you would want your store to do better and use it as a teaching moment. I would love to speak to the “coach” of this manager whose name is Melanie. We asked for the district manager or owner contact information and mckenzie said she did not have this information. A young lady in a management position should have the information to give to customers when asked.

Poor quality food and made sloppily. Have given multiple opportunities and it’s always disappointing. Building is not clean. I order a steak quesadilla. This is mostly a tortilla with sauce.

It was good except that they put my Mexican Pizza on the very bottom of the bag and then loaded a ton of food on top of the very flimsy box. I didn’t really mind that it was smashed as much as the cheese was stuck to the top and not really appetizing at that point.

OH GOODNESS!! This place was CLEAAAAAN. What a grand ole Taco Bell stop this was! Food was top notch. Staff was incredibly nice. Would recommend this one to anyone passing thru! YES they do breakfast! We actually made it to breakfast for once.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. I’ve had several bad experiences here, but tonight was the last straw. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito and an order of Cinnamon Twists. I paid for my order, received the bag, and had to ask for the receipt, which took a ridiculous amount of time. Then the drive-thru worker tried to hand me another bag of food, telling me the receipt was in the bag. I had to point out that he had already given me my order and all I wanted was the receipt. The receipt did have the correct items on it. However, when I got home and got my food out, I did not have the burrito I ordered–it was a regular taco. There is no similarity between these two items and I do not even like tacos. I ate the taco rather than drive back to the restaurant. The Cinnamon Twists were in there, but did not seem like a full order, and they tasted like stale grease. I should have taken the second bag of food and driven off, on the off chance that it had something better in it. I can tell by reading other reviews here that I’m wasting my time as far as anybody at the joint reading and paying attention, but maybe this review will save somebody the trouble of stopping here.
