So disappointed in my order tonight. I paid for extra cheese on my bean and cheese burritos and there’s hardly any cheese. I paid for sour cream on the side and there is no sour cream in my order. My chips are completely stale and My nacho cheese is not even warm and chunky.

The staff working this evening made a good team. They showed care for the customer, one particular order needed the wrapper turned inside out for a special order. Good communication, respectful interactions, and their focus on getting the orders made correctly was impressive. They are friendly and committed to doing a good job.

Went to the drive thru for Lunch. Lots of people and It moved slow. The speaker in the menu sucks. You can’t hear them and I’m certain they can’t hear you. I say this because my order was screwed up so badly it had to be a contributing factor. I had to park and go inside give back what they gave me and get what I actually ordered. I gave three stars instead of two because they made it right for free and gave me a coupon for a free taco on the next visit. This location has left stuff out of orders in the past. I enjoy an occasional Taco Bell meal and this is the closest location. They need a revamp and some leadership at this store.

Very slow inside the store And in the drive thru. They either need to get more staff or speed up the staff that they got. You wait 20+ minutes inside and an hour outside. It’s not just one time it’s all the time. I really hope this place speeds up.

Had a DoorDash delivery and was missing the steal burrito. And my grandsons 5 layer burrito had a pretty good size of someone’s glove in it. How gross and unsanitary. Not very happy

staff was friendly. Line isn’t fast, but quicker than in store pickup I think. They were out of most drinks but were helpful. New: first time my order was butchered. One of the items was wrong and my chalupa Supreme was completely missing. Had to drive back to get it after I discovered this at home. No coupon or anything for my inconvenience. Like I said though, first time this has happened here. There is never enough people working at one time, could use 1 or 2 more employees at any given time. Employees are always friendly though. They have now hired more employees. Line is still a bit slow, but orders have been correct and employees are still nice. This location no longer has diet mountain dew.

Unfortunately when we arrived at the drive thru from out of town, the line moved extremely slow. It took over 30 minutes just to get through the line. Not sure why the line was so slow and the clerk at the window apologized. Could not go inside to order.
