Very disappointed in this location. I made an order online. Waited 30 minutes in a line which although frustrating I dealt with and was kind to the staff despite their attitudes towards us. What upset me the most was by the time I got my order with my two toddlers in tow and got home half of my order wasn’t even in the bag…or it was cold.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken and while they did put extra chicken in it, it was very burnt. Most of the sauce was dried up because of how overcooked this was and it was almost inedible. Didn’t find out it was burnt until I went home to eat it. Please hire a new cook because this isn’t okay…

Accidentally showed up at 8:55 am not realizing they didn’t open until 9:00, so they said “Good morning, we don’t open for another five minutes,” I said, “Okay no problem, sorry about that.” So I go park and wait 5 minutes and see someone pull up so I follow in behind him, then I hear them through the speaker tell him something along the lines of their equipment wasn’t heating up right and it’d probably be another 15 minutes before they could make anything, and then they took an attitude with him when he asked if they were taking or orders or not (I assume he was willing to wait) but they aggressively said “No, we can’t make anything!” He politely said okay and good luck as he drove off and I just left. Pretty sad they’re not prepared to serve food at 9:00 when their hours say they open at 9:00, and they also could’ve told me that when I was at the speaker to begin with, I could’ve already went to a different one down the street that opened at 8:00. Also no need for them to be rude.

Placed a mobile order, arrived at restaurant about 8 min later. Got in line at drive-thru, waited 20 min. Got to speaker & we were told to wait a few minutes. 10 min later, the vehicle that was in front of us has left the window & silence on speaker. We pull to window, the woman standing at the window DOING NOTHING rudely remarks, “I told you to wait at the speaker”, she refused to pull up our order to get it in queue to be prepared and insisted we had to get back in line. We pulled around the bldg and my husband went inside, she still refused to pull up our order and continued making rude remarks. She never lifted a finger to assist the 2 cooks. We ended up leaving without the food we had paid for so my DIABETIC husband could get something to eat.

I ordered 3 tacos and hot sauce. There was no hot sauce and the tacos where put upside down in the bag very loosely wrapped so when you took them out the insides fell out. This seems very intentional. June 20th 5:30pm.

i don’t know who own this but this is ridiculous. i always order from doordash and doordash driver has to wait 15 min. i don’t get it if i order 15 min ago why they can’t make. one of the drive said they were hanging out outside while he reached to pick up the order. i understand it’s hard to get help but if they work they have to work.

this store is just ridiculous!!the drive thru lady “M” i won’t say her name is FLAT RUDE AND SERIOUSLY LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, please find a new job line. besides that half the time the food is wrong and when u do call you get an attitude and they hang up on you. we NEVER get a receipt so then it’s impossible to get anything fixed. i called about a month ago and they literally hung up on me when i said “y’all forgot my nacho fries” i called manager to advise multiple times still no changes. so corp call today i will not EVER go back there again.

I placed my order & then only received half of it. I had to show the girl my receipt that I didn’t get all my food. She then just handed it to me, she wouldn’t even look at me when she handed it to me & no apology. The order was still wrong! That was the third time that I was there & my order was wrong. Three strikes & I won’t be back!!
