Fast service, friendly and food was hot and fresh. Update 2023, I ordered online and paid online so my fiance could just stop by there on his way home from work and pickup the order. Upon approaching the counter to see where our order might be the workers had no knowledge of my order at all even though on the ordering website it said my order was ready. I had to screenshot my web receipt with the order number and location and send it to my fiance to prove that I had placed and paid for an order. I even took a pic of the web update saying order ready and I swear it’s like they were in such disbelief and at first I thought they weren’t going to give him our food. I was on the phone with my fiance at the time and I’m pretty sure he had me on speaker phone because they could tell I was getting angry and finally started making the order. Idk if something went wrong on their end or the website but it definitely was too much trouble to go through to get our food when it was supposed to be much easier when ordering online.

I never thought that I would be writing a review for Taco Bell… however, it goes to show how wonderful this establishment is! The staff is always so accommodating to my gluten allergies and they just seem like really nice people. If you’re one of those celebrities that leaves really big tips places… you should find yourself in Wartburg, TN and reward these awesome employees! Thanks again for always putting burrito toppings on crunchy tacos.
