I’m delivering for Uber Eats, and they have the door locked, with a counter full of food, making everyone go through the drive thru. I mean this is just ignorant. If you have those orders ready to go, and could get rid of them, why make everyone go through the drive thru. It just congests the store. Just plain stupid. It’s not for lack of staff either, I seen 6 people moving around in there. Surely one could man the door to get that food out.

This store has been remodel and looks great but the problem with it is one the location and the overwhelming homeless people trying too beg for money or trying to take advantage of people’s good nature. The staff is let’s just be honest . Ether uneducated or just don’t care about what they sound like when they asked me what I wanted. Poor location with a terrible cramped and potentially dangerous drive-through. Their hours for breakfast are bad. Why sell breakfast if you don’t open until 8am? Darned near all working people are at work at 8am! Open an hour earlier and the breakfasts would sell much more briskly.

The servers are not clean. They were picking stuff off the floor, picking their nose, and playing on their phones with gloves on. We heard cursing when we walked in. The place was relatively clean in the lobby especially the drink machine was well taken care of.

This is my favorite Taco Bell in Knoxville! The staff is usually always friendly and in a cheerful mood. It’s like the Chick-fil-A of Taco Bell’s when it comes to customer service. They also don’t cheat you on the food like most Taco Bell’s do.

This Taco Bell use to be good but now it’s terrible. If your order is larger than 10$ then they will 100% forget an item. I get 6 burritos and they will give me 5. I get 8 tacos and they will give me 6. Do not go here, there are better and cheaper local taco shops.

I ordered two chicken quesadillas I was the only one there it took 10 minutes to get them that’s the first thing the second thing both of them are burnt on both sides the third thing while I was at drive-thru the employee left the window open and I had to listen to an uncomfortable conversation between him and two other employees just a horrible experience
