No ice and I ordered a large drink, because it’s 100 degrees out. WHY on earth will you let people order hot drinks when they walk in looking exhausted and obviously needing a cold drink? They never called my name, so after waiting for 15 minutes, I came to the front and it was just sitting in the back. Obviously food was no longer hot. They seem to have forgot to put any cinnamon on the cinnamon twists. A bunch of teenage boys just hanging around inside the building, too. They had food and drinks from somewhere else. Really bizarre. I hate McDonald’s but would take McDonald’s over this place. Do yourself a favor and cross the street to go to McDonald’s or Zaxby’s. Food bad, service worse, atmosphere even worse. They get an F.

WHAT IS THIS On my quesadilla?? I ordered a chicken quesadilla no jalapeños sauce. I drove all the way home to discover an unknown green substance was inside the quesadilla. It was not the jalapeño sauce that normally comes on it, I’ve seen it before. I then went back up to the restaurant and requested a refund for the quesadilla. I also asked for an explanation on what substance was inside. I spoke with the manager Toya. She informed me that she could not give me a refund because I paid with a card, and that If I had paid with cash she would have given me a refund. What difference does that make? I then asked her 3 or 4 times what type of substance was that on my quesadilla. She DID NOT KNOW. She asked the person who made it, he didn’t know either. Poor customer service! Untrained staff! I Would never come back!

I can not stand when you order something and you don’t get what you ordered. You have to pay for every little thing but when you receive your order, it’s not there. If I order a particular freeze online and when I drive up to pick it up they hand me something different because they don’t have the one I preferred/ordered, it’s frustrating. All me what would I like in its place. Funny pick for me.

Food was fresh and delicious! Employees were friendly and professional. We attempted to go to the location on 64 because we were closer but the dining room was locked (mid day on a Thursday) no one even answered the drive thru when you could clearly see employees playing around inside. We will come to this location from now on. Dining room was also very clean and all condiments well stocked!
