Girl literally yelled thru the speaker at me while my son and I were trying to place our order guess I see why with no customers she was too busy for us.I called the store to complain and was told it was cus she was new!?! Also found out that this wasn’t the first time she had treated customers that way! ..funny the guy who answered the phone new exactly which order was calling to complain and why

If I didn’t have to pick a star I wouldn’t this is the worst every time I go they have got the doors locked but their are kids playing in the lobby something needs to be done I used to work at TacoBell in Covington so I know what time the lobby closes and it’s not 5pm and the line in the drive thru is way to long to sit in because people don’t want to do their jobs feel free to reach out because I would love to talk to someone

Had the best experience today. Line moved super fast and the lady at the window was fast, friendly and kind. I know it’s been a real struggle last few years to staff for coverage so I just wanted to let you know I noticed the big speed and accuracy improvement and it’s much appreciated.

Won’t ever be coming back to this store. The staff was VERY rude and disrespectful, they were more worried about partying with their music going then actually doing their job. Spent over $50 and the quesadillas had NO meat in them, literally just a burnt tortilla with a little cheese. The 5 layer burritos were so small that I thought they were something else. Like I said, not coming back here again. Not a fan of wasting my time or money.

For the love of God, if your dining room is closed atleast put a sign on it that’s visible from the parking lot. Also consider turning off the option to pick up in the dinning room on the app. I’m towing a trailer and can’t get through your little drive thru area.

Ordered $40 worth of burritos. They gave us the wrong ones. I hate sour cream. All had it on them. Went inside to order and they seemed confused. Went to the burger king across the parking lot. Don’t waste your money or time.

I wish it could be ZERO stars! I went to pick up a mobile order for our office. We ordered 5 chalupas, 1 nacho bell grande and a hard taco and 1 large drink. When I made it back to work I was missing 1 chalupa. I tried to call but got no answer. I went back and the door was locked, a young lady came to the door and I told her my issue. She told me she would get it and bring it right out. A couple of minutes later a woman came out to tell me that the manager was sure she made them all and gave them all. I assured the lady (not the manager) that I did not get it and she told me I had to have the bag which I left at my job so my co workers could eat their food. They then refused to give a refund or give me the missing chalupa. I also see that apparently the owners do not care since they respond to all of these horrible reviews with similar issues saying they will do something but obviously they are all talk and NO action! Piece of garbage franchise!
