It took 1 hour for my online order to be ready. The woman behind the counter locked the doors at 8 PM and missed out on multiple customers trying to come inside. It’s posted on the door and online the Dine-in area closes at 10 PM. They did not want to talk to customers or assist in anyway. It was obvious the woman with the long ponytail and headset was trying to leave early. She spent more time looking out the door and ignoring customers than helping get the food out. The food we did receive was old, stale, and hardly had any ingredients. The potatoes were hard and tasted like they had been cooked days ago. The refried beans were hard and crumbly. The tacos had a hint of beef, a few pieces of lettuce, and what appears to be a teaspoon of cheese. The chalupas had a few pieces of chicken. This used to be the best Taco Bell in the Memphis area but now it’s just like the others.

I honestly think this experience ruined Taco Bell for me for life. Two items from their volcano menu a few weeks back, not only did they not have the sauce which makes them volcano items, but BOTH tacos were broken. One was completely broken in half. Additionally, the shells tasted like flat out cardboard. They were soggy and stale at the same time. The fact that a real life person could wrap these up and send them to another real life person to eat is beyond my comprehension.

This actual visit had no problems from the store employees or services however the new dipping tacos could use some work the entire anesthetics of it was disappointing. I felt it could have been cheesier and maybe more meat. The nacho cheese and enchilada sauce were good I think they would have been better with a regular classic taco we are a family of 4 and each got two tacos our total was $30 we just all agree it wasn’t worth it . We will however return to our local taco bell and continue to try the specials and to get our favorites . We hope our opinion matters and helps

This Taco Bell has to be the worst one in the Bartlett area. It’s only a few minutes from my house but I’d rather drive to the one 10 minutes away. The night workers there couldnt care less ab you. The last 3 times I’ve gone during operating hours, (around 7-10pm) as soon as I pull up to the drive thru they always say “we’re closed”. Do not go here if you want food at night even though they’re open till “1am” they’ll just say they’re closed.

This morning the store was completely closed drive-thru and inside. Yesterday morning they didn’t have the food I was trying to get. Then that afternoon the inside is closed. This happens a lot of this store they might as well just close it.

It sucks spending money at Taco Bell. Majorly. It feels like there is an expectation to spend at least three dollars for barely anything! Used to be 75¢ could get u a burrito. Not in 21st Century America! It is beans, cheese and tortilla! That’s it. We don’t have to put up with this. What kind of joke and did your demo somehow become less broke, get less munchies or did you geniuses just get pain predatory?

I spent $38.00 on food fory Family. I ordered 3 cravings boxes. They don’t come in a box I got a grocery bag with everything in it. We ordered 4 drinks, no straws where given. We ask for a drink carry and was told they don’t have any of those.We ordered a nachos bell grande and the chips tasted awful. They tasted burnt in the nacho bell grande and the nachos in the boxes. We asked for mild sauce and got hot sauce instead. The chalupa shells tasted weird like they was stale. We have always enjoyed a Taco Bell treat in Bartlett. We will not be coming back. Someone should open a small taco shop in Bartlett.
