Lizzie is so funny and sweet. She also greets my daughter when she’s with me! I had to have my food remade twice the other night. The people making the food didn’t make it right the first two times, so she said “I’m so sorry about that, I’ll do it myself, just give me a moment” and went and made it fresh for me. She’s always smiling even when a man ahead of me got loud with her and she was STILL SMILING AND BEING NICE. Once he left she took a deep breath, shook her head, smiled and continued on. She’s a trooper and definitely an upgrade to this taco bell. There’s another new guy who works in window who’s super sweet too. You guys are getting new people who are making this store better. Don’t lose them!

Everything I come through whether it’s inside or drive thru, Lizzy always has a positive attitude and a huge beautiful smile on her face. I’ve started coming here more consistently just to see someone who’s happy, sometimes just getting a pop or taco. I recommend going through Drive thru if you want to see a happy food service worker! But never on Fridays, that’s when the angry people work with so much eye rolling and huffing and puffing.

This restaurant actually will steal money off your card. They will quite literally robb you on every transaction if you get a soft drink, that’s if you can catch them on a day where they are not out of everything. Still waiting on my refunds for 2 different orders, until that day comes no more Taco Bell for this guy.

Came to eat Taco Bell tonight & the service was slow maybe due to not enough workers. Didn’t have mild sauce, had to ask for my drinks after they gave me my food. Got cinnamon twists & there was no cinnamon or sugar hardly at all on them, they were gross. Idk who’s the night manager, but this is awful. Get an order of nacho bell grande & hardly had any meat whatsoever. Idk what the deal is, but someone please fix it & do better.

The good is that the people are friendly. The bad is that my beefy nacho burritos were cold. I’m just used to melted cheese and the cheese was cold and the food was not up to par. Better luck next time!

if you want terrible service and eye rolling when asking for napkins or senior discount then this is the place to go!! if you want to stare at someones back and rear end leaning against the pickup window and be ignored then this is the place to go!! and dont expect utensils to eat your food either!!

I placed an order before drive thru and there was someone in the back that was saying something about dine in and there was another girl that said no let’s do drive through first. Dining room is nasty . There is bugs in the lobby. They were rude. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to!!

They leave out food 9x out of 10! So , you pay for food you’re not getting and when you try to call to let them know, they don’t answer the phone. And the food you get doesn’t have much meat or toppings it’s strictly just shell. It is so ridiculous!!
