This place cannot get an order right. Ordered 2 cheese quesadillas along with other items to be delivered from here and they sent me 2 chicken quesadillas. So I went ahead ordered 2 cheese quesadillas again so I would get the right food. Still sent me 2 chicken quesadillas. Apparently this place cannot read instructions on orders. Trying to get my money back for both orders but still waiting. Do not order food from here unless you can put eyes on it before you leave the restaurant!

We chose this Taco Bell along our route because it had slightly higher reviews than the others nearby. I am flabbergasted at how that could possibly be true. The food was fine, but the service was terrible. They were rude, they would not answer questions about the menu, and when my husband had a follow up question, the woman just shook her head no without saying anything out loud. I know that I frequently read negative reviews about fast food places thinking to myself “How big of a jerk were you that you’re not telling us about?” But I promise, we were only polite, and we were not making outlandish requests. I highly recommend that you stay away from this place.

Everything was good, I went through the drive thru, and it was pouring down rain ☔ so they wasn’t very busy. My grandson wanted me to bring him the $5 box, he helped me with the yard work, so that was his treat. He said that it’s delicious

May 19th 2022 at approximately 10:15 in the morning. The entire establishment was filthy. The drink station was not stocked. It took almost 15 minutes to get my food and I was the only person in the lobby. New management is needed. I will not return to this location.

I had a mobile order that should’ve been done or atleast being worked on when I got to the store. I walked in to use the restroom first and all the employees are sitting around and eating on the tables and talking to each other pretty rudely I’m guessing in a joking way but still annoying when noone is working on your order. I stood for a min and just starring at the kitchen and wondering why nobody qas working. I was finally asked if I was ready to order. I told them I had a mobile order and they all seemed surprised. Finally they started trying to work but even then their jokes were still very upunprofessional. Maybe I was upset because of another taco bell we just went to down the road that made us wait for our order and we never got it because they had their doors closed and we couldn’t use the drive through because we have an RV

Several times I have visited here, and we got the wrong items, or something is left off.

Longest wait for fast food in history. 35 minute wait for 2 classic combos and 4 cheesy roll ups. I’m sure staff is not trained to handle so many orders since they have mobile, tablet, drive thru and walk ins going all at the same time. My recommendation is to turn off the mobile and tablet in high traffic hours.

Family went to this store to order party packs of tacos as we had people coming over. When they arrived to order they were told that they could only order one party pack period. How is 12 tacos going to feed a group of people. In my opinion that is just plain laziness because they didn’t want to have to make them. The people running this establishment is going to put it out of business turning customers away. I work in the service industry and if the customer can’t get taken care of they will go somewhere where they can. Totally ridiculous and lazy!!!!!

This was one of the best Taco Bell experiences, food wise, I have ever had. The whole combo was fresh and portioned pefectly my only complaint is the MtnDew in the Machine was either high on Co2 or running low.
