This place is a joke. The entire crew was rude, we waited 15 minutes for cold food at lunch time. The two burritos we got were busted apart and not even edible, they were cold and the shells were not cooked they crumbled apart. Disgusting.

Waited inside for almost 10 minutes for anyone to take my order. Another employee on break went back to tell them there were 2 of us waiting when I first walked in. Drive through was busy along with internet orders. No one came so another employee on break (or else just visiting) hollered at the ones working. Still waited until the order for another customer was ready. There was some confusion on that order, so when that was solved I asked if someone was available to take our orders. Finally!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would I have NEVER had a good experience with this tacobell !!!!!!!My husband stopped going a few weeks back and I’ve today finally decided to not go back my food had A very weird taste to it …. Almost powdery not cooked through just unbelievable!!!!! Staff are never friendly…. Who manages this place this is by far the worst case of a restaurant I’ve ever seen.

I’ve tried so many times to give Taco Bell a chance, I loveeee Taco Bell, but this location has the poorest service! They claimed they were short staffed and busy tonight (only 4 cars in line including myself) when she answered the intercom she stated they were short staffed and I would be waiting 15-20 mins, there’s only 2 cars ahead of me 9 @ night on a Wednesday! & I could barely hear her because it sounded like a parade in the back ground not to mention the cashier telling me my wait time was disrespectfully loud and playing ON THE INTERCOM I try my hardest to come here once a week and we’re a family of 7 so I spend good money but this is about the 9/10th (LITERALLY) bad experience! I’ve worked fast food so I know what comes with it , with that being said, the amount of bad experiences and unprofessionalism I keep encountering here leads me to learn that management is trash as well! There’s no way that this stores complaints haven’t reached corporate ! Also the 2 other vehicles waiting pulled off as well with me , after one waiting 20 minutes to be told it would take 20 more minutes to even be able to order (due to “short staff”) I’m third in line and she told that to the vehicle infront of me ! They were upset as well !

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.This is what was in my wife’s taco she was so upset we haven’t been back. I know mistakes happen but this is unacceptable. Ordered a decent sized order once I got home I opened my bag to see wrappers half open and not even half of what I ordered inside not to mention the fact that they gave me back my change half in coins ($13 total) I called to explain that I was missing item just to be hung up on within seconds of them answering.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited on my food for 15 minutes and never got it, because I finally had to leave to not be late for work. They got multiple orders out while I was standing there waiting. I will never go to Humboldt Taco Bell again. A waste of money, literally.

Place an order for my son party pack.6 hard shell and 6 soft shell online .when thur drive thur told to wait by front door ..when got home all taco just had cheese and meat .no lettuce on all of them ..who doesn’t put lettuce on tacos ..i don’t know what to say ..I use to like going there

I’m not sure how this place is still open. You never get what you order, they usually don’t have whats on their menu, it’s never fresh and the people working there (if that’s what you call it) are some of the rudest people ever and for me to say that means a lot cause I’m a a$$hole and I know I am. Won’t be back to this one.
