me and my family came by to get some food and we also got a crunch wrap we came home to eat and when my mother bit into the crunch wrap it had a terrible texture and taste it!!!! everything else tasted very good but this had her gagging and everything else. i’m usually not one to complain but this time is just ridiculous

I work with people with mental disabilities, my guy chose to eat at Taco Bell, my other has limited understanding. Went to the counter to put in our order, nobody acknowledged us, nobody came. My lady was getting anxious, and sat down on the floor in front of the door. So we left. As soon as we left someone came to the counter and took the order of the man that just walked in. Can’t help but wonder why my people’s order wasn’t taken.

I usually get great service and good food here .I stopped yesterday afternoon after 6.5 hours of driving for 2plain tacos for my dogs and 3 Supreme tacos for myself , being I was still 15 miles from home ,when I got home only had the pups tacos , not good service .

First of all they couldn’t get your order right so we stayed away for months came back and it was really good! Actually became the best Taco Bell to go too! Every since the Mexican Pizza has come back in September there is something wrong with the taste n smell of the Mexican Pizzas and had to throw them away! We called the manager they said they would make it right so we went back today 10/22/2022. I really appreciate the manager trying to make it right but the food made me sick this time! There is something wrong with their oil or shells they make their Mexican pizzas and this time my taco shell also had the taste! Not sure what their doing! I don’t know what you have changed but Your ruining your food! I pray they get it fixed however it literally burned me out on Taco Bell! No more Taco Bell for me! This did it for me! Puking from a meal that curled in my gut like cottage cheese. Shouldn’t be happening and it won’t happen again. 10/22/2022 is the last time I ever eat @ Taco Bell!

I should’ve given reviews before now. 1. Anyway, first visit when they first opened I saw they designed the drive-thru in such a stupid way that a full size pickup truck can barely get out to leave. It looks like they were trying to save money on asphalt.

We’ve been to this taco bell 3 times and every single time we’ve had a terrible experience. The first time they burned or chalupas, the second time they gave us stale twists, and this last time was the worst! First, the girl behind the counter was awful with an awful attitude, i ordered a Mexican pizza meal and asked for no tomatoes in the pizza or the tacos. Then she said they were in a change shortage and wouldn’t give us our .40 cents back, even though they’re right beside a Walmart and could’ve went there to make change. If you’re having a change shortage, then you need to tell your customers that BEFORE they hand their money over to you. It sure felt like theft. .40 cents may not be a lot but every penny counts to some.Then I get my order and there’s tomatoes on my food, I’m allergic so this isn’t preference. I ask for sour cream and they all roll their eyes and the girl had the nerve to ask for .55 cents in it’s entirety even though they just stole .40 cents from us! The food tasted like the oil had never been changed since they opened way back when, it was sloppy and disgusting. The workers were rude and unpleasant. They are every time. Never going back again! Go the distance and find a different taco bell this one will is not worth the money or the money they’ll steal from you.

The worst Taco bell I’ve EVER eaten at…. Sadly negative stars not an option. the up side is I’ll never eat there again. I’ve eaten there 3 times, lukewarm food at best every time.
