This taco bell has closing hours listed at midnight. I placed an online order and got to the drive through at 11:15pm, 45 minutes before the posted closing hours. I was told by the staff that the fryer and grill had been turned off and they could not fulfil my order.

This Taco Bell needs a major rehaul it’s outdated. Food is what it is. I mean, it’s Taco Bell for Pete’s sake. Particularly great customer service at this location. Greeted with a smile and calm spoken service.

The manager allows his employees to park in the handicap parking spots when they have neither a handicap plate or placard. Called and was told they’d handle it later as they were busy. Well less than 5 minutes later both employees came out and moved their cars. I talked to corporate and they didn’t seem to care either.

I went inside to order and eat. Stood there 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us then waited to see if anyone would come up finally decided I would do it my self at the self service and it would not work finally gave up and left. This restaurant is always dirty and restrooms are a mess.

Interviewed by someone just jotting down notes.. the manager I suppose.. after he heard I had 12 years in food management.. I think he crumbled that paper up and threw it away. I know how it works… They want to hire new, Younger workers.. experienced ones can take there jobs. And believe me ,,, I would have!! And ran the taco bell better than ever. Horrible interview process by a novice manager.
