Worst taco bell I have ever been to. Waited in line FORVER. Whenever I did get my food, dude pretty much threw the bag at me. All the topping were at the bottom of the bag. The burritos wasn’t even folded right. Helen Keller could have done a better job.

The vast majority of orders I’ve placed via the app were not made per my customization instructions. Evidently the kitchen staff can’t read. I’d be one thing if this mistake happened every great once in a while, but nearly every order I’ve placed? Just don’t waste your money here people. This place used to be great, but it has really went down hill.

Customer service is trash. Restaurant is dirty. Whoever owns this franchise desperately wants to lose money. I have worked in the food service industry as a teenager and we took pride in our job. These workers smoke in the kitchen. They do not wear hair nets. The food I ordered was two empty taco shells. Just go elsewhere

This is almost the 5th time I’ve been through the drive thru and ordered my taco with no lettuce. every single time I look at my receipt it says “NO LETTUCE” and yet they put lettuce, every time. As a past fast food worker it isn’t that hard to correct someone’s order after many many mistakes. Lady was rude and slammed the drive through window in my face because I had to transfer money into my account.

Only reason this gets one star is to be able to leave this review. Very disappointed, I would have given no stars if it were an option. My coworkers and I placed an order through the moblie app. Once they got to the window they were told only 2 orders would be given through the window and they would have to go in to get the other 2. When they went in to get the other they bumped their order down to the bottom. However, the two orders were already ready and bagged. The manager then started cussing my coworker. When my coworker asked for a refund because she was the other person who ordered through the app. manager told her that was not her problem. This happened 1/26/23 around 11:45 am.

Walked in after placing my order I was told I had to leave then they had me pay for my meal because I had just place my order. Got my food left started on my CHICKEN BURITO AND IT WAS STEAK IM VERY ALLERGIC I HAVE ALPHA-GAL SYNDROME I immediately had a reaction and went in to anaphylactic shock.. face got hot couldn’t see couldn’t think and my throat was closing up I went back and explained my allergies they had no regard that my life was in danger they all was ready to go home! Said if I pulled around they would make me 2 new ones I pulled up waited to speak to someone they handed me already made chicken tacos with another item I was highly allergic too and did not give me a drink! I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone ever they should close that place down!! I’m going to the head quarters of taco bell I’m still having a allergic reaction and I’m in alot of pain because of it!
