Unfortunately almost everytime I go to this location my order is wrong. I’ve tried ordering through the drive thru, in person and through the self ordering app. When I go up to get my order corrected, even though it’s frustrating, I am nice about it, but the employees give an attitude and get upset. Nothing is ever labeled so you have to open every burrito to find out which is which. It wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t already so expensive and I know the employees have no control over the price but they can be a bit nicer when THEY mess up the orders.

If I could leave a zero review I would. This place is always short staffed and out of key food ingredients. Today NO ONE could take our order even after we told them we were paying with cash and the kiosk does not take cash. They didn’t care so we left and went somewhere else. Not sure how they stay in business.

The only reason this place is 4 star is because they have their friends rate it. In the mornings it’s always good. Afternoon it’s awful. I order when no ones there and my orders wrong. They won’t give you a receipt because they are afraid of bad reviews. Everytime I asked for my stuff grilled it’s like it cam out the fridge. One guy does it right all yall do it wrong yall suck. I just want a crispy burrito and it’s a raw shell.

We placed a big order and got shorted a taco and the manager refused to give us our taco and told her boss she gave us an extra taco which was a lie so I bought another taco they called the law lol. So we order the taco party pack 12 tcos a burrito Supreme meal which has a burrito and a taco and quesadilla meal which comes with quesadella and taco so here what we got and we was missing a taco…. the manager ignored us and lied. The worst customer service ever and rude is not even the word… considering I just spent about 50 dollars or more cuz when I bought the taco I order more food I’m not happy
