I had to change my rating from a 4 to a 3 because of the night shift. On August 27, 2023 at approximately 10:00 p.m., I visited this location. I placed my order online in hopes of that being easier for them to correctly prepare my order. To my disappointment this did not seem to work. I ordered a chicken quesadilla combo add sour cream with a blue raspberry frozen drink and soft supreme without lettuce plus another chicken quesadilla add sour cream on the side. What I received was, two chicken quesadilla without sour cream, a soft taco only beef and cheese and and a strawberry lemonade without ice, due to them “not having any freezes”. It took an hour for me to get to the speaker box and an additional 25 minutes to get to the window, so the least they could’ve done was prepare my order according to the ticket. However, that seemed too much to ask. I should have checked my order while sitting in the window rather than risk driving all the way home to be disappointed, but the line was absolutely ridiculously long to have to make others wait for their mistakes. I understand that going to this location is a hit or miss sometimes, but it has been leaning more towards the miss each and every time. Last visit, I ordered two chicken quesadillas but when I got home we opened the bag to see that we received steak instead.

I placed an order online for in-store pickup and arrived shortly after receiving notification that my order was ready. I approached the counter to ask about the order and the individual behind the counter just walked away. None of the employees seemed interested in helping me, despite me trying to get somebody’s attention several times. My order was in fact ready (it had been sitting there the entire time I was in the store), but I was left waiting for half an hour at the counter. By the time I got the order and took it home it was cold. Entirely unacceptable standard of customer service.

Ordered door dash lunch. Ordered the Mexican pizza and nacho chips with cheese. Everything was cold. The chips has a strange burned grease taste. The pizza was cold and tasted old and soggy. Really disappointed and waste of money

Food is okay but the drinks are straight garbage.. The pop machine is sooo flat it everything coming out of it taste like pop flavored water. Absolutely disgusting! They never fix it so be prepared when you order any combo the drink is going to be flat, watered down, chemical tasting trash.

Slow and inattentive service. Many cars in line just left after making order. I paid at window, got the drinks then dude just stood there for 5 minutes. I could see several bags behind him. Finally he turned and grabbed one said here. Of course everything was cold.

Today I went to pick up an order, and was met with nothing but a nasty attitude. I said I’m here to pick up order number **** and she threw her hands in an irritated motion and said name…not I’m sorry but what name might be on the order or I’ll need a little more info…someone needs to invest in some serious customer training. When she slung the order on the counter she said nothing so I told her maybe next time she could use a little less attitude

The past few nights I have been coming up here to pick up orders and to deal with rude staff members and orders not right or they gave my orders to the wrong person. Instead of cracking jokes and playing you should do your job or just go home!!!! Not even 5 minutes ago one employee cussed at my husband and flipped him off for walking in the lobby that was unlocked but they said was closed and throwing up his hands I do not appreciate that and that is unacceptable by all means sounds like Taco Bell needs new staff!!!!!

I ordered from the kiosk, the food was good and prepared in decent time. Not so fast that I would think it is ‘fast food’ but overall good. One frustration for me personally is thanking the workers and them not replying you’re welcome but that starts in the home so I do not fault Taco Bell as much for it happening as not having people enforcing likely policies

Do not order at the kiosks or else your order will get lost. It took an hour for them to finally make a chicken cheese burrito box and a medium drink after being asked about the order three times. The workers are slow to get anything and do not care if you are waiting. The manager was running around trying to keep things moving but an hour for tacobell is just unimaginable.

i’ve never met more rude and blatantly r@cist staff. after waiting in line for 45 minutes, i pulled up to the mic and they told me to drive around and place my order at the window. when i pulled up they asked me what i had, i said that they told me to place my order up here. they said “YEAH UH WE AINT SAID THAT, SO U GOTTA PULL AROUND AGAIN TO PLACE YO ORDER”. i tried to make them understand how long i waited and that it was ridiculous to wait that long again, especially when my ears are clean and clear as day and they told me to drive around to the window to place my order. i even said that i would take whatever food had already been made and pay for it. they just wanted to give me a hard time and refuse. this is where it gets bad. i asked for the manager and a boy with nails starts waving in my face like “I AM THE MANAGER HONEY”. i knew they were lying so i asked for the real manager. he then proceeded to yell at me: “OH U DONT THINK IM THE MANAGER? GO ON AND SAY IT.” and asked me to call him the infamous r@cial slur starting with “N”. this is the worst establishment i’ve ever been to. something seriously needs to be done in the management department.
