I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru on my most recent visit. The speed of service can be hit or Miss. Food was hot and fresh. I have had a visit where food was a bit cold, but it was close to closing. This visit, tacos were thrown together sloppily. Had meat wrapped up on the out side of the tortilla.

Service was excellent. The drive through window needs a sunshade! Absolutely horrible that the window is westward facing without any sort of protection for employees. Especially in this heat wave, that is dangerous and wrong.

I ordered 2 cravings box deals and another combo. Everything was shoved in the bag and then had paper towels shoved in the top of the bag. I didn’t realize till I got to the hotel or I would have went back.

Had my daughter run by there while she was in town to grab us some supper. They gave her the receipt then asked for it back to check order and it still ended up wrong never giving receipt back. They left 3 things out and after she got home almost 30/40 mins away I called back and talked to manager and told them what happened and they said that they were the one that fixed the order so they knew it was correct and hung up on me. I called back again and the same manager admitted she hung up on me and I told her I would be calling home office about this and she refused to give me her name!! Was absolutely absurd!!!! DO NOT GO TO TACO BELL, GREENWOOD, MS!!!!

Taco bell in Greenwood, Ms was horrible. I ordered a chicken power bowl on my break and my rice was so hard like it was never cooked so I called the manager and she had them do it over but it took almost 30 minutes for me to get that. I do not recommend this taco bell. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
