Absolute horrific experience at this Taco Bell. We needed to place a large order so we decided to do it on the app to save time and for some reason tue app won’t let you place an order over $50 in the drive through. So we had to come in and deal with the terrible staff. First off there is a long line with no one helping them for several minutes. When we finally get to the counter, no one greets us or asks us what we need for 15 minutes. Every single employee saw us there and said absolutely nothing. Second off the app glitched and messed up our order so we were trying to get the attention of the workers before they made our food but we were ignored. So we spent $60 on food that we could not get. When they finally got our order done the lady came out and said i don’t know who had this big mobile order but here it is. Then when I complained to her about being ignored and asked to speak to a manager she walked off and never returned. I will never come to this establishment again.

So, I decided to go back to Taco Bell today. I’ve been going to this location for years and have mixed reviews of it.. sometimes good, sometimes bad. I ordered the Chalupa Cravings box and I was told they didn’t have it any longer but they could sell me the items separately.. so I ordered the pizza because it was back on the menu. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked for my money back. They said they were working on it now (they weren’t). They said they had a lot of people in the drive thru and were taking care of them and weren’t use to people in the dinning room (???) After waiting an additional 5 minutes, the guy threw my order up on the counter (pictured) and I took it back to my seat and ate. It wasn’t very good not worth the wait either. There’s a lot of fast food places in Vicksburg Ms. that have way better service and food. Taco Bell you can do a lot better than this.

DO NOT USE THE TACO BELL APP AT THIS LOCATION! I can’t stress that enough. I’ve use this app five times and every time I had issues. From getting someone else’s order to having my order given to someone else, it’s obvious the people working here are not intelligent enough to properly take an online order. It started small, innocently enough, mistakes happen. Then they totally refuse my service at the drive thru, saying that they were having technical issues, which this location is notorious for. I was told to come back in 30 minutes. When I got there they gave my online order to someone else. Again, if you want Taco Bell and using the app, just go to the next town over. Cause this location is totally lacking solid employees and management.

Worst fast food restaurant in Vicksburg Mississippi, they had no cups and let us order our food without letting us know they didn’t have cups, then claimed there’s no extra charge since the drink is free with the meal, & I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and and when I got it, it had no RICE, because they ran out of rice. Then wouldn’t give me a refund and told me they’ll make me another cheesy and bean burrito. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Everytime I use the drive thru a sign is up in the middle of the drive thru saying card machine is down, come in side to order. That wouldn’t be a big deal if they would put the sign before the drive thru… plus there is only one way in and once you’re in, you’re stuck there. The employees are always rude and just seem to be miserable even when you’re the only customer in line.

Everything me and my partner come here they always claimed the inside is closed no matter what time a day. And even when we go through the drive thru we will see almost everybody that works there outside sitting on the curb smoking, could care less that there are 5 cars in line. They refuse to do their job. Very disappointing honestly that clinton can one up yall because apparently whoever manages this place don’t know how to do their job.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is absolute trash! I’d rather drive to Clinton for their Taco Bell ! At least they will treat you like a customer and make sure your stuff is right! It doesn’t matter what time you go to this one, the staff is HORRIBLE and always gets your stuff wrong and expects you to pay for them to fix THEIR mistake!

I spent $14 on 4 tacos and a Belgrade and the taco Belgrade had a half of teaspoon of beef and about 4oz of beans. The cashier was nice enough to give me some more cheese and lettuce for tacos cause they were naked. I wish I can get a taco Belgrade complimentary for this issue with no beans.

This place gives Taco Bell a bad reputation. They’re extremely rude and will tell you to use the kiosk instead of ordering at the counter. I saw them yell at an older couple for not understanding the kiosk and asking for help. Ridiculous.

Drive through was cash only, told us to go inside and use kiosks, we went inside…. then they told us lobby was closed. Workers were sitting around yelling and screaming at someone on the phone and so much ganja I was high before I walked out the door. Wasn’t even offered a puff puff pass ♀️
