After four years of struggling with staff complaints it’s obvious something is very wrong at this store. Sometimes service is great, but most days I wait to see the line before ordering. If you see more than 7 cars when pulling up, come back tomorrow. If you’re using an online deal, don’t place your order until you get here and ask if their computer is up and if they’re out of anything right now.

I don’t try to come here often anymore, it’s too risky. Unfortunately they don’t have good manners. I guess the food is good. Never know what to expect.

I walked through the door and there was 5 Taco Bell employees, all ladies, sitting at a table and discussing each personal thoughts. Not business. There was a gentleman at the computer by the front doors and he looked confused placing an order. There was no other customers in the restaurant. I walked up to the counter and stood there for approximately 3-4 minutes before anyone addressed me. One of the 5 ladies said if I wanted to place an order, I would have to go back to the computer by the front door. I explained I was not placing my on order in a computer while 5 employees were sitting and talking personal issues. I ask them, when did customer service stop being a priority? I told them I am the Vice President of a company that only survives by giving great customer service. I was looked at like I was crazy. I then turned around and as I was walking out, I ask the ladies to look at my face, because it will be the last time they will see me again in this restaurant. I went next door to Wendy’s and received the best customer service. Or it might be normal for them, but seemed exceptional compared to Taco Bell. If I was the owner, I definitely would do a ton of customer service training. I assume the manager needs training as well. Life is too short to be treated that way. Maybe the owner can change the situation, but that won’t bring me back to that Taco Bell.

Does anybody here actually want to work? Drive thru takes a good hour to get your food. They never open the dining room at night to go in and pick up an order, front doors are always locked. It would be better closed down and utilized for something better.

This might be the slowest Taco Bell in the world. Waited in the drive through for 45 minutes only because I had made a mobile order already. There were only 5 cars in front of me. Several cars pulled out and left. Gives fast food a whole new meaning

If I could put NEGATIVE stars I would. The employees literally hide out of sight so they don’t have to work until customers finally just give up & leave. Not sure if I’ve EVER seen a manager figure at this restaurant. At this point, I think the staff is just waiting for this location to get put out of business, so they just show up to get paid by the hour & not work. They always keep their doors locked, so customers aren’t able to confront them. Sad generation of teenagers we have nowadays

I took my nephews to eat at this location. I have been a patron of this location since it was built. They have had two couches facing each other since they built it with a table in the middle. They rearranged it and got bent out of shape whenever I rotated the couch around so that I could face my nephews and have dinner with them. Then the manager threatened to call the police if I did not leave since I was going to tear up their couch by moving it. They had put it against the wall for stability because obviously it is unsafe to sit on. I will not be going back to this location

we went through the drive through, and they said “hold on.” after waiting for 10 minutes, we decide to park and come inside. we’re told to order at the kiosk. we’ve been waiting about 10 minutes for our food. the workers are not on task, they’re standing around laughing and talking, and they’ve been very rude. none of the tables are clean, most of the tables and seats have sauce and crumbs all over them. and somebody locked the doors with us standing in here waiting for our food. i’ve been typing this while waiting. to leave the restaurant, i just had to turn a key that was left in the door and walk out. it took about 45 minutes total for 2 bean burritos and 2 baja blasts.

When it opened before COVID, the staff were great, they were fast, food was hot and fresh, and they did awesome. Now something is obviously wrong as they’re always slow, understaffed, and obviously mismanaged. Someone up top, management or owner, has given up on this location. We would spend a LOT more money here if they went back to how they were.
